Update on sliders and evap skid. The evap skid will be mirrored for passenger floor protect. Those are what tie the sliders into the main uniframe structure.

Hey JCR, these look fantastic! Is there any significant loss of ground clearance with these skids and the sliders?
No. The felt hangs down just as far. We kept them as tight as possible.

I think the lift kit will have to wait a bit. JCR has definatly upped their game and added to the items I want to get right away. 1.Skid Plates/Rock Sliders 2.Light Bar 3.Lift Kit. With JCR adding to their portfolio I have to postpone the lift kit just a bit. But hey thanks JCR for these FIRST WORLD problems. ?

Here’s the add on front lower bumper bash plate rendering:

I think the Industrial Design needs some work. The hole pattern conflicts with the bumper indentations. It just doesn’t look right.

This looks great, can't wait until they're in full production!

Will you be offering a separate piece to cover the important bits still exposed (the cables/wires/lines on the upper left side of the photo that are normally under the felt), or will the final product also protect those as well? You know, important future budgeting questions...

I like the idea of replacing the felt with actual protection. If the pair was installed, would it also protect those exposed fuel lines in this photo, and would the passenger side enclose the secondary cat?

Wondering about an increase of on-road noise from these too. Rubber bushings between the floor and plate?

It is a unibody. A rubber bushing is not going to isolate anything. These won’t cause any extra road noise.

those lines are tucked up in a channel and not hanging down exposed. You want to cover the vulnerable things, skidding the whole underside like a hot wheels car would be too much unneeded weight.

There is only one catalytic converter on these.

About your ā€˜one catalytic converter’ statement are you referring only to the 1.5L models? Reason I ask is several muffler shops and at least one after-market shop ( Borla Performance Industries
) stated the Badlands 2.0L model has 2 catalytic converters:

Primary catalytic converter is on the Turbo downtube followed by a secondary catalytic converter located under ā€œmetalā€ (maybe felt?) covering.
