Thanks for the reply. From what I've read, just adding a module.
I've already found a company here in Brazil that makes this plug and play module. No programming and no change to the vehicle's warranty. This same module does the tilt and down when reverse gear is engaged, folding the mirrors, closing the windows and the sunroof. This when activated by the key button.
How does the module connect?

I think you could do this using the user memory selections and make the only difference between 1 and say 3 is the position of the mirrors, you would have to shift to park and push the button before you backed up. I use to think this would be good to have but I think with the advent of rearview cameras with the predictive paths it is un necessary. but I know some people still would fell better with it.

I don't think there is any way to fold the mirrors in a bronco sport, there is no motor for a fold function, just a friction to allow it to move if it gets hit.

Since the OP is from Brazil, the BS (not sure if it is trim-specific) is available with power folding mirrors. I don't think they auto-fold or reverse-tilt though. Cheers!

Try something like "tilt down reverse bronco sport". I know a lot lot of this selling in Brazil

For that, ForScan doesn't do the tilt down. As mentioned, I try with other folks.
check this post
Well, when we were trying to enable the power fold mirrors, I never looked into the reverse tilt function in particular. Step one would be to enable it here in the APIM. My car shows a 2 there, so MRT is disabled.

Ford Bronco Sport Mirrors + tilt down + reverse 1760719151513-35

The difficult part will be where to find changes the needed to be made to the door modules (or maybe BCM?) to get it to work.

Yeah, tried this combination before...I will ask a guy that recently joined the Bronco BR WhatsApp group and he's family own a Ford dealership if he can check this info or if is possible to do the MRT

Not sure if its the same as the as built but theres also a “lincoln experience” you can enable.

but like @rugedraw said there is probably more than just enabling that involved.
The Lincoln Experience can be enabled in the BCM, but I don't think that will enable the MRT function. Easy enough to try, but I have seen enabling LE cause issues with battery draw and other electrical gremlins on vehicles.

Ok, I found something in the FORScan spreadsheet for 2015-2020 F150's. First, for MRT to work, it must have memory mirrors:

Ford Bronco Sport Mirrors + tilt down + reverse 1760722985109-wt

Since my truck has a 2 there, then MM is enabled. So it would be a matter of changing that 0 to a 3 in both door modules, and enabling MRT in the APIM and then give it a try.

There is a possiblity the reverse tilt mirrors will need to be calibrated after they are enabled. That procedure is outlined here:

https://www.f150forum.com/f118/forscan-software-enable-disable-features-your-truck-348987/index392/?utm_source=share-link&utm_medium=button&utm_campaign=share&utm_content=post#post5071672

If nobody beats me to it, I will be the guinea pig later tonight when I get home.

Edit: My truck has a 0 there; not a two. This means MM is not enabled. This is my girl's car, so I am not sure if it has memory mirrors functions or not, or if it can be enabled. I will play with it tonight and report back.

I can see that happening. These new cars have too much electronic integration.

I wish ford would at least give everyone the mirrors with the turn signals in them
If it's an either/or proposition, I'd rather have my cameras over the turn signals. The 360 view is awesome for trails and parking.

Ok, we may be back to square one here, because I just made my girl walk out to the car to test if memory mirrors work and they do work, but according to what my truck shows in that location and above, MM should be disabled. So, the F150 is not a direct match in config.

Ford Bronco Sport Mirrors + tilt down + reverse 1760726458925-0x

Going back to the 2023 Explorer sheet, MM are enabled here:

Ford Bronco Sport Mirrors + tilt down + reverse 1760726671559-5f

My truck shows this, which coincides with MM working:

Ford Bronco Sport Mirrors + tilt down + reverse 1760726731079-by

My truck also shows a 0 here, which also lines up since it does not have any side turn markers.

Ford Bronco Sport Mirrors + tilt down + reverse 1760726828586-o7

So I think the Explorer is a close enough match (at least the door modules) to use as a guide. The problem is, I already looked through the Explorer door module config from top to bottom and I see nothing I can associate with reverse tilt mirrors.

Well, if we're dreaming...

The wife's Kia has a couple of safety features that I'd love to see Ford (and other manufacturers) include.
  1. The blind spot notifications include a pictorial alert on the main instrument cluster. I absolutely abhor having to look at the side mirror for the little glowing icon on the mirror.
  2. When the turn signal is activated, you see a camera view of that side of the car in the instrument cluster,

The mirror alerts are darn near useless, though the BS's are better than the ones in my Soul.

Test-drove a Hyundai a few years ago that had the side camera display with turn signal, I think that should be standard on every vehicle.

My own add, 4-channel dash cams should be standard.
