Does someone know what is the biggest MM I can put on the tire size? Now I have 265/70/17 “that’s 2520mm circumference” and got a message saying that the number is not supported and now I don’t have hill assist, goat modes, cruise control, etc.

I don’t know the largest value that fits in that FORScan parameter… but I’m surprised that tire size fits without runbing at full lock/articulation.. congrats!!

A Bronco Sport owner has suggested the Bronco Sport is very similar to the Maverick as far as FORScan goes, so a good spreadsheet for the Maverick would likely work:

WARNING: The Ford Maverick FORScan Spreadsheet items have not been tested on a Bronco Sport - YMMV!

Be sure to backup your FORScan as-built configuration in case you need to restore to your backup.

See SSM 51055 Adding/Removing Features Using Programmable Parameters Due To Vehicle Modifications including the statement “Adding/removing accessories and/or programming vehicle features is not warrantable.” .. in post #266 here: https://www.broncosportforum.com/forum/threads/bronco-forscan-thread.844/post-177535

FORScan uses ABT format to store module configurations. This link provides the differences between the Ford AB (as-built) format and the FORScan ABT format:
https://forscan.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=10099

Both store the same data, just in a different format.

Use the "Save All" button. FORScan can restore from AB or ABT format, but only saves to ABT format.

This program can compare and convert as-built files: (this might be a broken link)

BACKGROUND

“Forscan 2.3.65 has been updated to support '25 model year vehicles, including the BS.

I was able to permanently disable A.S.S. using Forscan. No errors or warnings on divers display.

Confirmed it is PSCM PID 730-03-01, but Forscan provides an easy to find text description and drop down. Took less than 5 minutes.

No expensive third party wiring solutions required, which may void your warranty.”

I can confirm this about the 2025s. It did take them 24 hours to add my 2025 Bronco Sport Big Bend Black Diamond before I could connect it, but it seems to work now. I was able to turn off Start Stop and add traffic sign recognition to the dash. I couldn’t find GOAT modes to activate though. I know on the Maverick forecan it’s under ABS. That doesn’t show up on the Forscan for the Bronco Sport.

All ready to go, and find out I need the extended license to make changes. Not sure how I missed that. But hey, my workstation's up and ready! The cart is also perfect for wheeling over to the laser and 3D printer, so there's that.

All done, ASS disabled. Not that it makes much difference in Phoenix most of the year as it rarely does its thing. That makes it worse, IMO, because it's always a surprise when it "engages". Same thing with my last car.

Hey folks,
I was able to activeted the Mirror fold and the reverse mirror down. But is not working.
I can see the configuration completed (in ForScan and in my car BS 2023) but the mirror is not folding or mirror down
Anyone faced the same issue?

As far as I know, our mirrors don't have the hardware for those capabilities. Cheers!

You are correct, the BS does not have power folding mirrors.

The confusion stemmed from Ford’s mistaken inclusion of that in the configurator for the ‘25’s at certain trim levels or packages.

The version I have in Brazil it does, but it is a button that you press to fold mirrors (see the photo. top button at the left)
