My owners manual was in that same cover when I purchased my Badlands in 2021.
In addition to the paper manual kept in the car, I download the PDF version for reading on my home computer.I got a bare manual with my May 23 build BL. If if I had known about this in advance, I'd have grabbed the manual cover from my C-Max before I traded it in.
Still, I'm not in the glove compartment very often, so I'm not bothered about the lack of a cover.
It's also available via the FordPass app. Touch Service->Reference Guide->Owner's Manual. In addition to the paper manual kept in the car, I download the PDF version for reading on my home computer.
The downloadable version of the 2024 Bronco Sport Owner's Manual has just been made available on the Ford site.

The HTML online version has been on line for a short while, but not the downloadable PDF version. It is found under the Previous Printing section.
Every now and then, it comes in handy for identifying a bulb or fuse replacement..We have one for our 21 BB. But what difference does it make when it sits in the door pocket or glove box out of site most of the time.
What I meant was what difference does it make whether or not you have the manual cover. I definitely want a manual in the vehicle.Every now and then, it comes in handy for identifying a bulb or fuse replacement..
I think that “redundant” is a goal for a lot of gray haired regulars in the forum? We like to think of it as “prepared”.I received a cover with my 21 Badlands but I never use the manual as it’s available on the FordPass app and I find that much more convenient than flipping through a book. The hardcopy manual is becoming redundant.
Not sure I understand what you mean but I have gray hair and I certainly don’t require a hard copy of the manual. There are easier ways to access the Owner’s Manual.I think that “redundant” is a goal for a lot of gray haired regulars in the forum? We like to think of it as “prepared”.
A case keeps the manual from getting damaged if it were just being tossed around in the glove box. What I meant was what difference does it make whether or not you have the manual cover. I definitely want a manual in the vehicle.
