I'm getting a feeling that if you have service done you probably need to tell the S.A. you have them and advise him don't screw this shit up. Since they are pretty inexpensive, a 2nd set in reserve might be a good idea. For those with aftermarket wheels, did you have to buy the hub rings?

Any worries about the rings getting lost if doing any service or tire rotations by a shop? Or do you do your own rotations?

The OP needs to be upfront with a lot more info before we can judge this situation. But if I knew I was going to be driving 40K+ miles a year I would have chosen a different vehicle that had a better MPG rating and better reviews. That's just me. All the manufacturers are trying to show these...

A lot of Fords recalls are software related. Maybe get that department squared away and put out stuff that works out of the box. Normal updates are one thing; screw ups are another.

So, did you buy both of the sets you referenced? The TPU set looks interesting. Did you install the Start button from the Amazon set? Does the illumination light shine thru at night?

The gear shift knob does seem tall, but I removed the tape from the inside of the knob to get some extra clearance to push it down. Not the best of fit for some reason. I don't know why the volume knob is so small. Bought it on Amazon.
