I agree with the above comments. Our 2021 BB has 41K + miles, & we also get wonderful service from our local dealer & we did not even buy it from them. If I comment on something here & get a negitive comment or someone acting like a jerk I usually just ignore it.

If the vehicle did not come equipped as you wanted it you could have refused to take it. Instead you took delivery of the vehicle & come on the internet to complain about not having it.

Only the passenger's side has one. My 2000 Ranger was like that only on the passenger's side. My 05 F150 has 2 incorporated into the windshield post molding. I guess they figure the driver has the steering wheel to grab onto.

I prefer the brighter velocity blue over the atlas blue. I had a bright blue 2000 Ranger that was called bright Atlantic blue. To me the velocity blue reminds me of the bright blue of the 1970 & 2017 Mustang, grabber blue

My wife named her 21 BS/BB Little Red because it is race red, & smaller than my vermillion red 05 F150 which is appropriately Big Red.

Did you try to call the Ford 1-800 number in your owner's manual or talk to the service manager & see if Ford can assist with the repair? I had a trans go bad in a Ranger that I had that was a couple years out of warranty, I talked to the dealer & they said Ford would pay for the trans if I paid...

A trans mount I do not consider a major issue.
