Seems odd. My 22 worked a few weeks ago. I donāt use it often anymore now that Iām retired but when I worked, I used it all the time. Seat was nice and warm. I just checked my FordPass and see no way to turn heated seats on so maybe it has changed.
Iām going to chime in and say itās both according to the state of Wisconsin DMV. My Badlands is registered as an auto, my brother in laws is registered as a truck. Neither of us chose its pronoun. In all fairness, our state does tend to lean towards multiple pronouns.
The 3.5L V6 is an awesome motor. Itās what is in my 2013 ES350. Iāve been keeping my eye out for a 22 RX350 as a replacement for the ES if I can find one out west with low miles. Iām sure I will some day. Lots of them in Phoenix being driven by little old ladies only to church On Sundays.
My wife and grandkids scamper back there like thereās no issue. Me on the other hand always gets the driver seat or shotgun. There are some benefits to being the owner!
Also, itās not just Ford. My stepsonās Honda Civicās tranny took a crap at 150k as well. But, his is 20 years old and the subframe is rusted beyond repair so itās going to the scrapyard. Iām sure the OP wasnāt expecting a major repair after 3 years of ownership even at 130k miles. I surely...
Many lurkers until a problem shows up. Sort of typical with many forums. One of the reasons it seems like there are so many problems as most donāt jump on just to say how great it is running after 4 years.
Iāve broken all three of your rules. None of my cars or homes ever failed me or left me broke other than a timing belt at 200k plus on a 15 year old Escort. First wife on the other handā¦ā¦..
The grandkids get in and fit fine in the 2 door Bronco but most adults will fit fine but getting back there isnāt fun. That being said, itās nice to have the option if needed. My previous toy was a first gen Lightning and it was 3 adults max. I loved my Lightning but the Bronco is way more...
I will admit that is definitely a downside of the 2 door. Getting in the backseat is a pita. Butā¦..itās the same issue in most 2 door vehicles. I still canāt get used to the 4 door Porsche sports car.
Iām not aware of any commercially available replacement. I do agree that frozen slush is a pita to remove before pulling into the garage with the fabric liners. The mud flaps do not make the liner any easier to clean.
To answer your question, yes, it is very easy to remove the letters. They are held on with double sided foam tape. Easiest done when warm. Can be assisted with a hair dryer and fishing line. Then clean up residue with some āgoo be goneā.
Definitely get it filled if there is any star like cracks. Filling it will prevent water from getting in and then expanding if it freezes. The professional process evacuates the area then fills it with a superglue type sealant that cures under the absence of air.
My daughter who lives in the east valley was just complaining about this yesterday! Way too many old and slows out on a Saturday now. Of course I used to say that too when I was down visiting in Kerrville TX during the winter. Doesnāt anybody work down here! š
