21.9 Big Bend 450 miles so far mostly sport mode
I’ve had my BS two months and have 11,732 Miles on it. I have a traveling job in summer. In the beginning I got 28-30mpg. Then I got adventurous and put 245/70/17 tires on it. Now my mileage is more like 24.5. Not what I wanted but you gotta pay to be cool?Use Sport mode on hills if you’d like it to feel a bit less sluggish.
Since your tires are 107% the stock diameter, you are actually travelling 107% further than your trip meter states. You're really getting 26.2 mpg. You are also going 107% faster than your speedo reports, so be careful.I’ve had my BS two months and have 11,732 Miles on it. I have a traveling job in summer. In the beginning I got 28-30mpg. If you have a traveling job in the summer, why not wait to put those tires on so you can enjoy better gas mileage with all that driving you do?I’ve had my BS two months and have 11,732 Miles on it. I filled up my second tank and got 29mpg on first 1/3 tank worth of highway driving, which is pretty impressive IMHO.I dont have the 1.5L - I have 2.0L have 5300 miles on it getting 28.2, mostly highway driving
Old lady.
I'm getting 22 city and 29 highway.
Haven't broken 30 at any point, 29.9 is the best I've seen.
I upgraded my tires to Falken Wildpeak A/T trails (225/65R17) almost as soon as I got the car, so I don't have a before/after, but I can't imagine I've lost too much to such a small tire change (+3lb per corner.)
I don't even have my BB yet, but we need some data from the field.
Please post the MPG you are getting and the driving conditions. It also might be helpful to summarize your driving style from lead foot to old lady.
Thanks,
Tom
Never in a rush but average speed range between 65 and 80 mph. 32 mpg - mostly highway driving and rural roads - only 1.100 miles so far Eco/Normal driving modes.I don't even have my BB yet, but we need some data from the field.
