Spare tire question

I'm sure you could sell at least a few on here to members. Most likely works for multiple ford models also if you wanted to sell them on ebay or something.

While shopping for a new car I was looking at the Bronco Sport until I learned the vehicle did not come with a spare tire. Addvertised as off road capable and no spare? I told the sales guy that just did not make any sense to me, I live in Northern Ontario and off roading means lots of rocks and sharp granite. When I told him the tire issue was a deal breaker the dealership agreed to a tire and tool kit at no extra cost to the deal we had agreed on already. I can't believe Ford never gave any thought to the situation a person with a cut tire in a no cell service area would be in. Just dumb.

im sure they did discuss it but decided to safe a few dimes instead

I just cut the sidewall on one of my brand new Goodyear Wrangle Workhores tires. I was ten miles in on a rough rocky road, and was nervous driving back out..

I bailed on a new Chevy truck once because they wouldn't add a spare tire with the deal.

My 2025 Big Bend has no spare. I asked the dealers online chat to get me info about what service dept could come up with. I heard nothing. I went to Harbor Freight and got a jack, tire iron and set of plugs. Better than nothing. I had a spare for my Ranger which I had for six years with no issues, now that I don’t have one I feel insecure about it.

Having plugs and a way to inflate can get a person out of a lot of trouble.

So strange that the Badlands has one, yet Ford claims they don’t have available either a donut or a full-size spare for the 2025 Outer Banks. Is the cargo space that different from one trim to the other?

You might try some salvage yards...older BS that have made the great journey to the salvage yard may have a spare

Should be the same. Throw one of your actual tires and wheels in to see if it fits.
