Just recently with 34,000 miles the water pump began to leak. I will be buying the extended warranty plan. The local salesman gave me a discount if I remain loyal to the local dealer.

My daughter will be getting our 2021 when we get our 2024. I just replaced some of the problematic items on it, including the pump, just as a preventative measure, lol.

‘21 OBX 37k miles. Took it in for 40k mile service package today and they found a leak in the pump and coolant all over the drive belt. Dealer says they’ll have it done by Tuesday at the latest…guess I’ll be lucky if I only have to replace it once, judging from what I have read on the forum.

At 30,000 and lost coolant. Refilled with coolant and dye. Coolant below MIN again (32,300) so taking in to have them check it out.

It took 3 visits and me documenting the actual amount of coolant I was replacing before the shop admitted there was a problem and replaced it under warranty.
