Thanks, because I did not want to tow to a Ford dealer the battery, I bought is an AGM platinum. Ford called me back - stated bring the battery in if bad they will hand me a OEM Ford battery. I asked if they could give me the cash value of the OEM because what am I going to do with the new Ford...
Okay so I made it to 19,000 miles and just happened to stop in an auto parts parking lot. I turned off car but listened to the radio for the 10 min. It turned off and I attempted to start the bronco and dead battery. So I take it out to have it tested and they had to charge it and then run their...
I added it myself, and with high winds it has made the flexing happen more. 60mph seems to be the point greater noticeability. Looking into something that can go on top of the hood to add stability or in between hood that wont promote other issues.
I did this last month for the same part. Shipped to my home paid the shipping not much but the points come off the order when you buy online. I wish their other accessories had use of points too - such as clothing, etc.
Well mines built 5/22. I went out and checked my oil and it is mid-range ice cold. Also, I did not notice the pan being a composite during the oil change. So, I think I'm a 5.3. But I'm going to mark my engine so in the future some oil changer does not fill it 6.6. and not understand why...
So my May '22 Big Bend should take what now? If i go with 5.3 quarts and it is mid-range on the dipstick am I good or do I follow an additional direction to put in 6.6 quarts and ignore the dipstick. Is it the oil pan difference OR does FORD want us to put in 6.6 now? What will a jiffy lube put...
Entering the last month of a full year worth of driving, 11,000 miles. Great experiences in winter driving - had parked outside in 12 inches of snow to see how she would handle it. No problem. Only one time the snow was so thick the wipers had to be dug out of the hood cavity to be any use...
I'm at 8,300 and in the middle of a Wisconsin winter. I rarely park inside but leave out in the snow to see how well she does. So far, I never even had to think about replacing either the front of the back wipers. Good so far - but like the brakes I will upgrade when they no longer work.

Use the 'dog bones strap" it is designed to fit under the cut out under the hood on each side. Held in place by the side panel and not the hood itself. google - look for photos.
Well, I have 7,000 mi on by BB BS. I am liking it more and more each day. Did my own oil change on at 5000, easy as pie. As winter nears it seems like a really good ride. It is a quite ride, more than I thought, my miles are around 30-31 mpg. on the 1.5ltr. Two minor inconveniences were dealing...
