I just picked mine up yesterday - doubt AZ will see 68 degrees anytime soon :(
I think that is a minimum temp. I know you are seeing well over 68F every day now.

Ford Bronco Sport What did you do TO your Bronco Sport today? VideoCapture_20250414-152259

Installed and enabled factory goodies today. Free with ford points.
Door keypads are underrated, love how seamless these are in the door. Was worried about how it would perform in rain or other harsh weather but it’s never been a problem

Took the baby Bronco in because I was getting an odd smell coming through the AC vents. I had also noticed coolant level dropped… I already knew the water pump was the culprit and the service guys confirmed it. I had brought it in a couple months ago when I noticed my coolant level looked low however they could not find signs of a leak and it passed the pressure test. The guy that looked at it did mention that it’s not uncommon for these to pass pressure tests when the leak is super small and told me to check it every once in a while. I appreciated his honesty and advice!

On the bright side it is still under warranty and my dealer said they will only need it for a couple of days to flush the coolant system and put in the new water pump so hoping to have it back by Friday this week. I double checked that they were going to flush the system and they assured me that was already a part of their plan.

I am very fortunate to live close to really good dealer/service department who always seem to do a good job.

Could you describe the smell?

Yep. Water pump replaced! Luckily they are actually already done with it which is awesome. Only one day in the shop.
In terms of the amount of work involved in this job, it should only take about 1/2 day for a competent mechanic to complete (given all parts are on hand).

Put new shoes on my Sport. Went w/Firestone Destination AT2’s 235/70R17 all around w/245/65R17 on “steelie” for spare.
Much more quiet than my really worn Falken Wildpeaks. AT tires get really noisy when worn out!

Why the different size for spare?
235/70 won’t fit in spare area (30” tire), biggest I can wedge in there is 245/65 (29.5” tire). This keeps spare as close as possible in height in case I need to try and run with drive train locked up.

that makes sence now that i work it through in my mind, just seemed strange at first that the 235 has a taller sidewall by .5"
