Did it list all the modules that were updated?

The ECG is the GWM. That is the only module updated in this case. The GWM is one of the few modules on the network that is updated while the vehicle is on and driven; it does not require the vehicle to be parked and inhibited. Another member here reported the same OTA recently, so a lot of 2025 owners will be seeing this.

Yup got same for my sport 2025. We have a 25 escape and got similar message of update awhile back with same description, probably trying cleanup and make code better.
Also yesterday went o Ford for appt. and got the recall update software installed for the screen blanking issue.

Do these normally roll out in batches? Nothing yet on my 25 Outer Banks

I've been following these OTAs since they first started rolling out in certain 2021 models. There is no discernible pattern, but they do seem to go to waves of vehicles at a time. The OTA process is unpredictable at best and some can be a PITA to get to install.

Yep... got a notification Sunday morning that the update had been done.

There seems to be two happening. One is the central computer one in the graphic earlier in this thread. I got that one late last week. The second one I got yesterday and it said was for sync 4 updates. But it seemed focus on icons for SiriusXM.

Yes, that one is most likely an APIM update. If you go your touchscreen settings, go to general and about sync, you will have a higher Sync version now than you did prior to the OTA.
