Does anyone else's Bronco Sport 2025 have issues connecting to CarPlay? Mine will even say that CarPlay is not enable while it IS playing my book but not all the way loaded into CarPlay mode. Other times it simply does not connect. CarPlay worked fine on my 2021 but I have struggled with this one since I got it. This happens wirelessly and plugged into a cable. I have an iPhone if that matters and it is updated.

No issues with my '25. Three different iPhones from a 13 to a 17 all connected just fine. Does your iPhone even show up as a connected device? If so, try disconnecting and reconnecting. If not, double-check your settings in both the BS and iPhone, make sure they see each other in Bluetooth.

We need to know the year of your vehicle.

We also need to know the version of iOS installed on your device.

Are you using CarPlay with a cable or wirelessly?

Mine every now and then will disconnect then all of a sudden re-connect.

She included two thirds of the answers in her original post.

FWIW, I have only had one instance of any weirdness with CarPlay in my 2025 Bronco Sport. In that instance, it failed to connect. I fixed it by restarting both my iPhone (tap vol up, tap vol down, hold power until you see the apple logo) and the infotainment system (hold fast forward/call hang up steering wheel button and the radio power button until you see the Bronco logo).

Once both were restarted, it connected and has been rock solid since.

What phone and what version of iOS? There's a known bug in iOS 26 that has caused this. It seems to be fixed in 26.1 beta 4.

I have restarted my phone many times, but will try your infotainment system re-start. So weird after having zero issues with my 2021.
Thanks

17 pro max. On the latest 26.0.1 and still does it.
The current beta release does fix that, according to the reports. I have the beta, but have not experienced the issue.

Hopefully 26.1 will be out in a week or so.

I've personally been having a lot of issues with CarPlay since iOS 26, but I haven't updated to the latest version yet. Hopefully that solves it, as it's affecting multiple cars I drive.
