There is a forum post about adding the climate controls onto the 8” Display for ’21-‘24 Sync 3.4 models

Let me know if you are interested and I’ll post the link. Only requires FORScan mods.

Yes you can add them to the screen I just did on my 23 using forscan only. I added climate controls, heated seats and heated steering wheel to the sync screen.

I added climate control data as well. It actually creates a separate tab for Climate on the main screen. My old Ford Escape came with this feature but you have to add it to the BS.

I would rather have the physical knobs as well instead of moving my concentration from the road to the touch screen.

I think most people would agree, but seeing the temp on the screen at anytime without having to adjust the a/c is nice. Unless you have a 2021 BS that has the digital temps on the HVAC module itself, this is a nice work-around.

maybe. at the same if I'm cold it turn it to the right. if I'm hot i turn it to the left. if i feel like the balls of my eyes are drying out from the force of a thousand winds, i turn the fan speed down. don't really need to at a glance cabin temp like i would boost pressure, AFR, or charge temp.

abosulty, if you have the link please post it. My truck is a f350 platinum from 2014 and all the climat controles are on the 8" screen so if I can do that on my bronco it would save me having to search for the buttons in the dark Haha

what is the benefit though? i much rather a physical knob than a tiny box i have to tap which also adds clutter to the display.
my truck has both. on the home screen all you see is the heated seat and stering wheel by the means of small boxes along the bottom, and a seperat tab takes you to the full climate control screen.

it is actualy much easier to use than the buttons once you get used to it. for example try turning on the heated stering wheel button in the dark flying down a snow covered highway that is hard bpacked and bumpy as heck. yes temp is easy as it is a big knob, but its stuff like the rear defrost, heated stering wheel, heated seats if they are not already on. ford forgeot to light up the buttons so you coudl see them good in the dark on the bronco sports.

Are the controls fixed on the screen, so that they show even on the CarPlay screens?
