I put 235 65 17 Trail Terrains on my Badlands replacing the original 225 Scorpions. Great traction and quiet on the highway and look great!

Needed tires badly and do a good amount of highway driving then a bit of off-road during the fall months. I think the KO2s look great and the white letters are classic but I couldn’t justify all the mpg drop I was reading, plus weight. I also didn’t want to buy anything solely based on looks. This was a medium that I’m happy with. Discount Tire mentioned they’re not seeing many people get these but also many people don’t know about them. 245/65/17
I put those tires on my Big Bend at 1400 miles. I also had the 1.5 inch lift on it. I immediately lost 5 mpg. However, I used Forscan to change the tire size and regained 4 mpg immediately. I also got rid of the stupidly annoying double beep. And just for grins, I changed the fog lights to stay on when the high beams are operating.Needed tires badly and do a good amount of highway driving then a bit of off-road during the fall months. Do you experience any tire rub when turning with the 245’s on?I’ve got a 1.5” level kit on it. I’ve read that 245/65/17s will fit stock height as well however.
I'm still at stock height and as of yet (about 1 year on) I haven't noticed any rub with the 245s.Do you experience any tire rub when turning with the 245’s on?
Those are the tires I want to put on my wife's 21 BS/BB in the Summer to replace the Continental's that are on it & put them on my 05 F150. Thanks for the review, they look nice on your BS.Needed tires badly and do a good amount of highway driving then a bit of off-road during the fall months.
