Here is all the info I have so far, I don’t have the tire weight yet.

Goodyear Territory RT All Terrain 235 65 R17 104T
(M+S Mud & Snow)
(3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake symbol, meets Severe Snow Service performance requirements)

Standard Load

Radial Tubeless

104T:
• Load Index: 1,984 lbs per tire (900kg)
• Speed Rating: Up to 118 mph

TREADWEAR: 580 (Uniform Tire Quality Grade (UTQG) rating: expected to last 5.8x longer than a tire with a treadwear rating of 100, which is the base or control tire)

TRACTION: B (Tires are graded for traction using a system of letters: AA (highest), A, B, and C (lowest). B: Represents moderate wet-grip performance, meaning the tire can stop on wet pavement, but not as quickly as tires with higher ratings)

TEMPERATURE: A (highest level of heat resistance and the tire's ability to dissipate heat, meaning it's designed to perform safely at speeds exceeding 115 mph)

PLIES:
TREAD:2 POLYESTER + 1 STEEL + 1 POLYAMIDE
SIDEWALL: 2 POLYESTER

Max Pressure: 51 psi (350 kPa)

DOT 14B81 PY1R 4324
14B: manufacturer and plant code where the tire was made (Goodyear Canada, Inc. in Napanee, Ontario, Canada)
81: Tire size and type code
PY1R: internal code used by the manufacturer
4324: week and year of manufacture (43rd week of 2024)

Thanks for the specs! How do you think those will compare to KO2/KO3 tires?

Just ordered AT3W 235/65R17 set at a great price since discontinued. Question is do I still set PSI at 33? Does anyone know what the door frame sticker says for 2023 BL with the optional AT3Ws? I’m moving up from the stock Pirelli Scorpions ATR 225/65R17. TIA

I looked into the AT4s when looking for tires a couple of months ago. Passed on the AT4s due to the weight. I didn't even know about the ride quality. I went with AT3s and very happy. My next choice was Yoko GO 51s.

The AT3w is what came on my BS, much better grip on the dirt and a few big mud holes I went through than the slicker Continentals I had on my Ranger.
I haven't yet tried them in the snow. Hopefully the AT3w will do better than the AT4, which slid around more in the winter tire tests comparing 5 tires that member bluebaru posted.

The AT3W's are fantastic in the snow. And FWIW - they are still readily available/ in stock at SimpeTire.com.

I think bluebaru tested the LT version of the AT4W. Living in a northern Vermont town that has a world class Nordic ski center I’ve been very impressed by my AT3W (P) tires in snow, sleet and slush

I swapped out the Continental street tires the first week I bought my used BB. The price was right on the BF Goodrich Trails (235/65's). If I wanted a cushy ride and high mpg, I would have bought a Prius! I have to wonder about the 23 mpg your getting though. My city is around 27-28, highway I've gotten 35 (normal mode). Then again, I installed a Peddle Max (so I'm not mashing the throttle just to get out of my own way), a flowmaster Flow FX muffler and an afe intake box.

I imagine when I install a lift kit, my highway milage might drop a tad, and the added weight of steel skids I'm planning to install, may affect overall milage as well. Social Security only goes so far these days, those mods are planned for the upcoming spring.
Interesting! What Peddle Max model and Flow FX did you install ?

So, we put the AT4/W's on our Badlands a month ago -- posted another thread here about it. The AT3/W are discontinued, but still easy to find and priced great at $155 each at places like Discount Tire. So if anyone is looking for tires and are happy with the OEMs (which are rather good), this is a nice option that should be well under $800 installed and out the door.

Anyway, the AT4's... They are outwardly the same as the AT3's... But have another radial band and thicker sidewalls to address a lot of the off-road or AT use shortcomings of the AT3's. This makes them a bit heavier than the AT3's.

The extra weight is unnoticeable. We have noticed the ride quality to be about the same overall, but the tires are definitely stiffer when encountering things like potholes. Overall they feel like a more solid AT tire and a ride that those who prefer AT tires will appreciate. If your commute is 90% on pavement, this may not be the best tire choice.

Got our first dose of winter testing this past week with some light snow and a bit of ice. They handled just as I expected them to... Like AT tires. A bit dicey on the ice but that was anticipated and it was a small part of the drive at lower speed. Handled just fine on packed snow (about 1 to 2 inches) on dirt. These tires handled the same in the limited winter exposure as the AT3/W's would have. The AT3's were never great at winter conditions. Well, good in many snow conditions, terrible for slush and ICE.

Our daughter has a '22 Badlands and is due for new tires as well. She was waiting to see what we found with the AT4's... She's decided to give the Nokkian Outpost APT a try. They're the same weight as the AT3's and are similar or maybe slightly less aggressive on the AT style tread, but have (supposedly) much better winter capability. Will be interesting to compare.

Our Badlands with the AT4/W's is a company vehicle, but it's become our son's daily over the past year or so. We do tons of mountain driving and he regularly makes the drive between our place west of Denver to Steamboat Springs. He bought a new set of snow socks to try out. So far our winter has been slow to arrive...

Also wanted to add that in the above linked review video, he is commenting on the LT version of the AT4/W and he notes this. The LT version has some other characteristics different than the SL version of the tire that make it less winter capable -- namely the LT uses a stiffer rubber compound and he tested the LT with 118T rating. The appropriate size AT4 for our Bronco Sport - 235/65-17, is the 104H SL version. I wonder how much that truly affects any differences. I can only offer our own limited anecdotal experience in that our AT4s so far handle just like the AT3s, but have a stiffer sidewall and it's enough to notice.

I'll have to ask my daughter if she was going for the Nokkian Outpost NAT or APT. I mentioned the APT above as it's the same weight as the AT3W. The NAT is heavier like the AT4W.

I have about 15,000 miles on these tires now and they also haven't worn as evenly as the AT3W. Not nearly as bad as the Discoverer AT3's I've had on other trucks, but they have gotten much noisier over time.

I must be old because I have realized that the tires I want are not the most aggressive. For the amount of time I actually spend in the snow and off-road, a quieter and smoother trail tire suits me just fine, and might actually perform better on packed snow and ice.

I am a huge fan of the OE Falken Wildpeak AT3's. Quiet, comfortable ride, excellent traction in all conditions including snow. They wore evenly for 40,000 miles with some meat left.

When I replaced them, I tried the new AT4W's in the stock Badlands size. They are a heavier tire with a stiffer sidewall and the ride quality reflects that. I have them underinflated at 30 PSI to try to soften the ride, but it's made little difference. My dashboard average MPG has dropped from about 23.5 to 21.5. Small potholes and expansion gaps are much more harsh.

I understand the OE tires are likely a different spec than what is sold aftermarket, so maybe an aftermarket AT3 handles similarly to the AT4.

If I was spending more time off road, all of this would be moot. I accidentally curbed a rear tire on a narrow street and it didn't even leave a mark, and I have confidence that the traction is at least as good as the AT3's. I'm looking forward to putting them in snow.
Looooove my Falken wildpeak AT4s. Put em on my BSBB and can go anywhere I want.
