The Peach. Because when people ask you what you call it you'll say the peach.

They'll say, "But it's orange."

Then you say with a knowing nod, " I know."

After much thought I renamed our OBX 'Rocinante'. The name Don Quixote gave his noble steed. Don Quixote believed his horse “ranked before all other horses.” I have also been watching "The Expanse" so that might have some influence.

Suzy Dear.

The clock strikes twelve and moondrops burst
Out at you from their hiding place
Like acid and oil on a madman's face
His reason tends to fly away
Like lesser birds on the four winds
Like silver scrapes in May
And now the sand's become a crust
And most of you have gone away

Come Suzy dear, let's take a walk
Just out there upon the beach
I know you'll soon be married
And you'll want to know where winds come from

Well it's never said at all
On the map that Carrie reads
Behind the clock back there you know
At the Four Winds Bar

Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey!
Four doors at the Four Winds Bar
Two doors locked and windows barred
One door to let to take you in
The other one just mirrors it
Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey!

Hellish glare and inference
The other one's a duplicate
The Queenly flux, eternal light
Or the light that never warms
Or the light that never, never warms
Or the light that never
Never warms
Never warms
Never warms

The clock strikes twelve and moondrops burst
Out at you from their hiding place
Miss Carrie nurse and Suzy dear
Would find themselves at Four Winds Bar
It's the nexus of the crisis
And the origin of storms
Just the place to hopelessly
Encounter time and then came me

Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey!
Call me Desdinova
Eternal light
These gravely digs of mine
Will surely prove a sight
And don't forget my dog
Fixed and consequent

Astronomy... a star (repeats)

I finally picked my Big Bend up last night! Drove it all day today. The weather was cool and clear. Put about 75 mi on it then the snow came. Picked my wife up from work and went to the grocery. In the morning it was in normal mode. I can't tell you how impressed I was with the power of the 3cyl. In the snow I used slippery mode. No discernible slippage. I tell you, it is down right Spooky!

My son wanted to know what I was going to name it. I normally don’t name them until they get old and start falling apart. But then it’s always the same name….POS.

After the drive home yesterday, I came up with a name for my Badlands….BroncoSoreAss. My Sciatic nerve started acting up on the way home! Seemed fitting!

Driving mine is about the only time I've had some relief from my sciatica the last couple of days.
Turn up the heat and pump up the lumbar support :)
