Thanks to all those who helped show how to install these! Got mine in no problem, I painted them white so they’d stand out more and match the white Bronco lettering.

I've read through this entire thread, but am still confused as to what version of the side marker kits has both the DRL and Turn Signal options. Also, if I use the TECTICO 16 Pin Auto Wiring Harness Cable, how do I know which wire I need to tap into?

It's whichever version you buy.

And just follow which wire on the aftermarket harness goes to which oem wire. All pins are inline

There are 2 wire and 3 wire versions of the Tectico and DZG side markers. The products appear to be identical between the brands. The 3 wire version is for the DRL (white LED) with amber turn signals. The 2 wire version has amber LEDs only.
As for the wiring, there are a number of posts including description on Amazon and the Tectico website.
DZG or Tectico marker lights for Bronco Sport

Driver's Side connections:
DZG (3 wire):
1) Red wire is Daylight Running Lights
connect to brown with blue stripe (Top pin 3)
2) Yellow wire is Blinker
connect to blue/green wire (Top pin 2)
3) Black wire is Ground
connect to any ground (or Top Pin 8)

Tectico (2 wire):
1) Connect the Yellow wire to Running Lights or to Blinker as desired

Passenger Side connections:
DZG (3 wire):
1) Red wire is Daylight Running Lights
connect to Green and Blue wire (Top pin 3)

2) Yellow wire is Blinker
connect to Yellow/Purple wire (Top pin 2)

3) Connect Black ground to any ground or Black/Purple. (or Top pin 8)

I used the wiring harness adapter cables from Amazon that goes to the headlight connector so the installation can be reversed just by removing the adapter cables and plugging the original headlight connectors back to their original sockets. I also soldered 2 conductor plugs to the adapter cable and the Tectico/DZG lights, so the markers can be disabled just by disconnecting the plugs, but leaving the multi-wire adapter in place.

As for the ground, I attached the grounds to the Redline pneumatic lift mounting plates, rather than soldering more wires to the multi-wire adapter, or connecting to the battery or chassis ground post.

If soldering isn't your thing, you could use the usual crimp splice connectors that cut into the wire's insulation on the adapter. I prefer to never use these things, since over time, water will eventually get into the exposed wire and corrode it away.

Top 2 wires of headlight connector (passenger side shown here) Color code in notes refers to original headlight connector wiring, not visible in this picture.
I ran the wiring from my 2 conductor connector (soldered to the marker's wires) through a wiring loom, back to the marker lights, just to make it neater.

There are versions of the 2 wire, blinker only markers that instruct to connecting to the side marker lights, requiring removal of the fender well insulation (fuzzy cardboard).

My three-wire marker lights do not include yellow (Tonsya 2 in 1 Switchback... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DDT8HX2R?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share): red is the turn signal, white is for parking and black for ground.

This weekend I’ll try soldering and shrink wrapping these properly to non-oem, 16pin pigtails - solid colors are bit confusing because OEM pigtail wirings are two-toned. My first attempt worked, but somehow my right-turn marker light blinks white, not amber - ugh!

I'm disappointed to say one on my markers now has several elements burned out.
