Update - apparently fuse 60 is not a good option, as it appears to be energized all the time. Looking for another solution.
Edit: It seems it does eventually de-energize. It just takes a while.
It turns out you can use the fuse box in the engine compartment. I was able to use a fuse tap on fuse #60 (USB smart charger). The tap does make it a tight fit to close the lid, though. For those that are curious, I spliced into the blue/green wire at the driver side headlight and yellow/purple...

I would think would only be in effect for vehicles in stock. It seems like anything currently in transit and factory orders would be subject to tariff. Employee pricing would not offset the tariff.
