Thanks for the link. I don't mind the prop rod but I may do this in the future. It looks like a nice and very simple kit. Of course neither work as well as good ole standard springs but I don't think anyone is gonna make those for the aftermarket.

One of the first things I did when I bought the bronco. Having to fiddle with a rod in this day and age come on ford whats up with that?
First thing I thought of it that it's a throw-back to the early Bronco. A lot of people put struts on those too!

I have these as well, they are awesome. So glad to finally have a vehicle without one of those prop rods. I am going to get a set for my Pony Car!

I'm about to buy a set myself, but I'm curious, as for me closing the hood I basically have to drop it, how easy is it to close the hood with them....I know odd concern

I actually find it easier. When I went to pick my BB up I couldn't get it closed at first unless I dropped. Now I just give it good push down as it comes down and it closes fine

I put the same on my Badlands. About 6-8" more head clearance than the prop rod.
