I don’t have a vehicle health tab. I see the multi cars and person symbols in the top right and the vehicle and service icons on the bottom. When I go into all of them, I don’t see a vehicle health tab anywhere.
NVM. I found it thanks to dudes post on page 1, lol. I jumped to page 6 for the most recent comments, next time I’ll know better.

The range is nice…but I want to know how full (or empty) the tank is…what an oversight on Fords part.

I updated the app on my iPhone, it opens briefly and then goes to a blank white page, I can't get back to the welcome screen no matter what I do, I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but it still isn't working. anyone else having this problem with the update on iPhone ?

Same here. I've tried numerous times to reinstall and it keeps doing it. I have the latest updated IOS and the latest Ford PAss app installed, there seems to be some kind of glitch in the Matrix .

All I am getting is a blank white page after I open the app, it's the latest version and it's an iPhone, I've read a couple of other threads here where it is happening to some other people, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no joy. I don't know if it's just a glitch with some iPhones maybe?

Tried going to the iPhones App Library and performing the FordPass App delete from the App Library including deleting the Apps data? Then re-install FordPass App. (On the iPhone, it may be better to use the App Library to delete an App - the App Library is found by swiping Left until the App Library screen shows)
Tried SYNC Reset: Simultaneously press and hold the seek up (seek forward) and the audio unit power buttons until the screen goes black?
Installed SYNC 3, Software Version: 3.4 Build 23188 PRODUCT?

Those of you with iPhones having issues, are y'all running the latest iOS version? It's 17.5.1. I've had issues in the past with some apps that wont' work unless you're fully updated.
The app actually worked better for me in the beta form. After it was released fully the location service has not worked properly at all. It won’t update until after I drive to a new location and it’s been there for awhile. Then most of the time the location is off by some distance. Right now it thinks my BS is almost a quarter mile away.
Are you using an iPhone or Android?
If iPhone, do you have Location Services set to “Precise Location “? Don’t know if it matters but probably worth trying.
Yes it’s set correctly. Using an iPhone. I haven’t had any issues with the location on either of our BS’s in over 2 years. After the move from Beta to full release it’s been nothing but issues. During the beta it worked perfect for me.
