Does anyone know of or have seen any kind of kit that can be used to bolt into the roof rack channels for a delete? I don'r use the factory roof rack and probably never will, I know that they can be removed, but then there's holes and a recessed channel that would be an issue. I just thought...
Surface rust on rotors is a normal occurrence, even if you have no rain, when you're driving and using your brakes during the day, then the car sits overnight, the rotors cool down and the air temp also does after the sun goes down, even a slight difference in the temperature of the rotors vs...
So intermittent basically covers ALL the time they do it, LOL. Mine does it all the time now, it used to be 'intermittent'. Hopefully they find a fix. I may try something like changing out pads and hardware on my own, Ford's answer to this doesn't really instill confidence in me regarding...
I Am Using the TPMS from the OEM wheels. IF you won't be using the OEMs just take the TPMS sensors from them, if this is a second set for winter use, you can get a full set of TPMS sensors online.
Here is the images of what I did to use the center caps, if you are just suing the wheels only for winter, your OEM lugnuts will be fine, you can see in fig. 2 that I still have two of the OEM lugnuts on the wheel.
I actually have a hybrid set of lug nuts. I purchased some from AutoZone that are the same fitment as the Bronco factory lugnuts, the Mavericks are not compatible because they are a different size thread. I had to also modify the maverick center caps by using epoxy and heavy duty round magnets...
LOL, I highly doubt it. Probably using it for speed traps, then radio ahead to chase vehicles further up the road. Or could be for regular use by detectives, etc. Seems like it wouldn't be practical for anything other than that with such a small engine. Unless Ford is doing a police package...
This is the newest unmarked vehicle I have seen, I intentionally blurred out the plate number, but notice the antenna set and the low viz black reflective chevrons, also the blacked out ford emblem and the steelies with center caps. This thing is actually pretty sharp looking at a glance, not...
I was going to originally get the badlands wheels as shown in your picture, but Ford wanted 800 a wheel, and I thought that was way too much money,so I opted for the Maverick base steelies for now. I like the Bronco 'steelie' look on the others but because they are composite wheels the price...
There has been no discernible difference that I have noticed as far as fuel economy. I do however notice that it rides better, more of a solid ride now with the heavier wheels.
