Alright I gave it over two months and I hate the auto stop start function. 🤣 I loathe it. Sure it probably saves gas, but I want to get rid of it. It is just simply annoying. If you like it, fine, I don’t. Is there anybody in the Va Beach area that has Forscan and knows how to turn it off? I haven’t found much else that I dislike about the Bronco. (No spare tire is another)However, I can’t see myself buying a laptop and then a subscription to Forscan just to turn this off. Thanks in advance.

You can use one of these if you prefer to not mess with FORScan.
It's not a matter of wanting to mess with Forscan. It doesn't work on '25 and up.

Edit: Forscan works, turning off the auto start-stop doesn't work.

Yea, I know some of the newer models throw codes when you try to disable it with FORScan. I wasn't sure if the BS is one of them or not, but either way, it seems like this gadget is the OP's best bet since he does not have a laptop anyway.

FORScan definitely works disabling ASS on 25's & up. Did it on mine, no codes. I think a lot of folks (me included the first attempt) are looking at the wrong line item.

It's been almost a year, but if I get a minute I'll try to plug in and get a screen cap.

I have the 2025. I just got in the habit of turning it off when I first start the vehicle.
