It's only that much more than the other parts. If you buy it after build you're paying for both sets of side panels.
Still, that table (although very useful) is definitely not worth $800.

I mean, I’m paying it because I want it but it’s really not that good of a value.

What's the cost to add it at build? It may be a good idea to find a mate that doesn't care and agree to a parts swap.

Yeah not sure how a flimsy plastic table can cost $800 but thats what Ford wants for it.

having to remove rear seat bottom, seat back and multiple trim panels I highly doubt anyone will put in the effort for that.

The table is something I think any handy person could craft. In it's simplest form it would be two boards, a piano hinge and couple of pins to fit the locking holes.

For those that are considering adding the cargo management system that had not ordered it from the factory, here are the part numbers and prices. (These prices are for the quarter panels that include the rear 110 power converter and for vehicles with the upgraded 10 speaker system)

LH Trim part# M1PZ-7831013-BA $487.97
RHTrim part# M1PZ-7831012-BA $481.52
CMS Table part# M1PZ-7813046-GA
$1,042.47

For reference, adding it when ordering is a $110 option.

Currently, the cost to add later multiples by 20 (minus labor).

In order to add the CMS later on, you will need to order the LH (part# M1PZ-7831013-BA) and RH (part# M1PZ-7831012-BA) panels, as well as the actual cargo management system itself (part# M1PZ-7813046-GA).

So, dealership asked a question: how did you come up with M1PZ-7831012-BA and not 7831012-FA?

Pretty sure that panel should be prefabbed with the needed hole.

That’s what I thought too it has the one for the cigarette lighter circle but no square for the 110
Sounds like the wrong number. The Badlands is the only trim I think to include the 120v adapter in the cargo area.

I think it’s the right one on the backside of the panel there is a faint circle mark above my finger where it should be I think it’s a panel for both with and without converter and if you have it you just drill it out?

Sent a request to my local dealership guy to get these parts ordered. About $1,600 but I think I would definitely get a lot of use out of it.

For those with it, when it is in the open position, does it extend all the way from the seat back to the interior hatch trim?
If you have not already gotten the parts and paid for them yet, I have the shelf that I can sell you for about half the price or less that the dealer will charge you!

You should've gotten M1PZ-7831012-FA. That is the one for the BL and the 110V outlet.

For the BA, Ford says "W/cargo cover, w/o pwr converter w/premium audio"
