Thanks for the before and after shot! I ordered my Titan 1" spacers and they arrive tomorrow. They were on sale. :) Discount Tire will be installing them Saturday with no problems. The rims ordered from Discount Tire I wanted to have more of a negative offset since I too have the Bushwacker flares. I'd rather have the wheels stick out some, rather than in. I'll try and post my pictures too once done.
Just to be clear, you would want a lower offset number (stock is 38mm) if you want the wheels to stick out further. Adding a 20mm spacer takes the stock wheel down to 18mm offset.

Is that a stock Badlands suspension? Spacers?

I am about to take delivery of a 2024 Badlands. I did NOT buy the upgraded tires. I would like to keep the suspension the same, but add spacers that push the wheels to the fenders - maybe just a tick outside.

It sound like a 25mm spacer will accomplish this? What size tire can I then put on with no rubbing - 245/65/17? Has anyone tried a 245/70/17 setup? I will likely go with the Wildpeaks.

Thanks!

Thanks! I also just looked and the speedo error is almost 5mph off. Thinking 235/65/17 might be the way to go. If I push the tire to the fender, it will accomplish what I am trying to do anyway. Speed error, with that size, appears to be just over 1mph off - no big deal.

So, is it a 20mm, or 25mm, spacer that I should focus on? Thanks again!

You might be better off with 235/70/17 with no lift and no spacer. Check my posts the , tires I used are exactly 30 inch Goodyear wrangler workhorse.

I thought I read they will rub in that size? Or, was it 245/70/17 that rub? Also, how much is your speedo off? Got any close up photos? THANKS!

Yes it is the 245/70/17 that might rub , that 10 mm does the trick.Maybe 2/3 mph at 60mph . Not an issue for myself. I have clearance of my pinky , is it close hell yes but rides and looks perfect for me , I like the full wheel well look . Check out my other pictures for a better look see . That Goodyear is a few lbs lighter than the ko2 and I think only a couple lbs more than my stock 235/65/17 wildpecks .A lot of people are using 245/65/17 wildpecks , I think the true size on them are 29 1/4 and my Goodyear workhorse are a actual 30 inch tall . Enjoy the picture below is a 2025 bronco sport that is proposed . Notice it also is a Goodyear and it appears to be a 30 inch .not fact just my thoughts.

When I purchased my BB the first thing I knew was it needed different wheels and bigger tires. Being such a new vehicle the wheel options were short and out of stocks were normal because of supply issues. I like the wheels I got but they were fourth or 5th on my want list. Everything was backordered for like 6 months I couldn't wait. I settled for a 7.5" rim with 35mm offset. I don't want my tires sticking way out but wanted just a little more. Before buying new rims I picked up some 20mm(3/4") hub centric spacers. I drove my BB for a week with spacers and stock 18" 225 tires. Looked way better but it improved the handling tremendously. With my other wheels and 245's it's awesome. I may see if I can find a real lightweight wheel I like since I plan on no hardcore wheeling and get rid of the spacers. I would now be looking for a 8-9" wide wheel with a 30 mm offset which should put about where I'm at without the spacers.

This looks AWESOME! Question for you...if my wheels are a 30mm offset...and I wanted mine to look exactly like this...should I go for some 15mm wheel spacers then?

(Yours are 35mm offset wheels + 20mm wheel spacers correct?)

Also...do you have fender flares on this?

Alright, figured I would share my before and after pics.

Here's my pony with 25 mm Titan Wheel Spacers that I referenced above:

Bad camera work, but I think you can see that the tire protrudes abit now where as before it was about an inch in. The overall look is much more aggressive.

For me, I didn't notice a change driving, but the car has under 250 miles on it and I am still getting used to it so maybe there is and I just can't tell a difference.

Thanks to everyone here for the advice and feedback, am loving this community.

Did you have to cut down your wheel studs for the spacers to work?

Hey, sorry for the delay, no I didn't. It was super easy. I've been driving on them now for almost 2 years and have had no problems.

I just purchased the Falken Wildpeak AT4W 235/65R17's to replace my aging AT3W 235/65R17's and they are also working great, with abit more rugged appearance.

Thank you for the response. I'm currently running 245/65/17 nittos and a little worried about them rubbing if I add spacers,.

Rubbed on my heritage edition with 245/65/17 nitto ridge grapplers and 20mm titan spacers. They looked great, though.
