Wonder what's in store for the Sport facelift in 2025.

Probably hybrid. Seems odd that they go back to an old look front end after changing all of the other lines to the current maverick front end design.

Those wheels look familiar. Old Mercedes wheel style?

For me, I like the current headlight applique better. Wheels aren't bad, they do look a bit narrow.
I've seen a few lowered Mavericks running around with nice wheel/tire combo's and I really like the look.

You may be thinking about BBS Turbofan wheels.
Common 80s/90s Mercedes 190E, E- , S-Class, and SL wheel. Wonder if it was a BBS wheel.

New & Refinished MERCEDES 190E , CHASSIS Wheels/Rims - Wheel Collision Center

New & Refinished MERCEDES E,CLASS , 124, 207, 210, 211, 212 CHASSIS Wheels/Rims - Wheel Collision Center

New & Refinished MERCEDES S,CLASS 140, 220, 221, 222 CHASSIS Wheels/Rims - Wheel Collision Center

New & Refinished MERCEDES SL , 107, 129, 230, 231 CHASSIS Wheels/Rims - Wheel Collision Center

My BBS story. Moved to MA in 2003. Ordered winter wheels and tires for my wife's VW and my Audi from Tirerack. BBS VZ wheels for $179 each!

Pulled into the outlets at Wrentham. BMW pulled in near us. My wife says, "that guy is staring at our car." I noticed it too. He comes over.

"What wheel are those?"

I said they are BBS VZ and my winter wheels from Tirerack.

"You have BBS wheels for winters?"

Said they were $179 and comparable to other wheels in price. Replied he's going on Tirerack as soon as he gets home. :)

Sold both sets to a friend that's an Audi tech for great prices. He put one set on another tech's Audi 4000 or 5000, send him a picture, and said that he has to buy these wheels. He did.

It doesn’t look good at all. That piece below the grille and headlights looks like it’s just tacked on and doesn’t flow with the design which makes it look bad. Also don’t like those rims, they’re not my style.

Saw the photo and first response was "nope." But, full disclosure, I wasn't a Maverick fan before seeing the pix.
