266 miles 21.45 mpg and never went above 60 mph. Half the route had hills, the other half flat.

My BL loses quite a bit of mpg when towing, but it tows just fine. Still way better than my Superduty diesel.

If you mean the small wheel that drops down to support the front of the trailer, the one we rented did not have a front wheel cradle.
I was referring to the section of the trailer in front that “cradles” the motorcycle front tire.

Sorry I misunderstood what you were referring to. Yes every one we rented has the front wheel cradle.
I hate to burst everyone's bubble, but in reality there are few if any Bronco Sports rated to tow 2000 lbs. This is our data from our 23 Big Bend:266 miles 21.45 mpg and never went above 60 mph. Half the route had hills, the other half flat.
GVWR is 4630.
Curb Weight is 3587, weighed.
Cargo Capacity 1043.
GCWR of trailer and BS is 5860.
Our loaded BS is 4137, weighed, two adults and 200 lbs. miscellaneous.
GCWR 5860 minus BS loaded weight 4137 is 1723lbs.
The maximum we can tow and still be within GCWR is 1723lbs.
Even at that there is doubt on whether the rear axle is overloaded.

Throw out the spare tire and jack for the Bronco Sport, spare tire for trailer, 1/2 tank of gas, and the misc. 200 lbs. behind you and wife and you are there brother.
