If they weren't able to figure out what the core issue is after the first time you took it in, don't let them talk you into keeping it. There is definitely an issue with the car and it is definitely not "normal noises". I believe your best option here is to go with the buy back. It def sucks...

Had the same issue with my Bronco Sport as well. I noticed few slight dents on the side of the tires when I first picked up the car. The dealer said "it is normal". So far I haven't had any issues with tire pressure so I'm guessing it is normal. Let me know if you'd like me to attach some pics...
