You are right about that; the BLSas does have specific "High Clearance Fender Flares" (Ford's language, not mine) unique to the package.
It's still mostly apples to apples, just more along the lines of Red Delicious to Granny Smith.

I'm starting to think we should take measurements to the bottom of the pinch welds front and rear at the jacking points. I was just doing some research on the forum and it looks like someone with a Badlands Sasquatch showed 9" of clearance to the bottom of the fuel tank skid. I've got an honest 10.25" to mine.
This will of course be affected by the actual diameter of the tires but I have been suggesting this for some time, as the best way to measure lift, when the tires remain the same or total lift when changing the wheels and tires, at the same time.
22 Badlands w/Flatout Coil-overs 2" lift, sitting on 245/70/16 Nokian Outpost nAT's with a theoretical (and actual diameter when measured, off the car, and at 33 psi) diameter of 29.5".
Gas tank skid at 11", bottom of front Pinch weld at 12 5/8", bottom of rear Pinch weld at 13 1/2"

As close as I can measure, I'm at 10.3" to the bottom of the skid plate. That's with the 245/65/17 AT4Ws. The pinch weld measurements are easier to measure accurately. Those average 11 13/16" at the front, and 12 13/16" at the rear.
Quick math says you're pretty close to 3/4" higher at all locations which makes sense because your lift is 0.5" taller and I'm guessing the rest (?) is attributed to difference in our tires OR just variation between advertised and actual lift measurements.

PS. Did you check the welds for the brackets that the sway bar end links attach to?

All done. Camber was spot on afterwards in the front. The rear is 0.1° out of spec on the driver side, perfect on the passenger side, so I’m not messing with it. The toe in front was all wack, but that’s fixed now. Rides so nice.

Just got back from measuring two 25 BL Sasquatch's sitting on the dealer lot. Mine is sitting 1" taller than those with the combo of HRG 1.5" lift and Wildpeak AT4Ws in 245/65/17, just for reference.
