I know, right. I thought the Badlands was supposed to include everything the OB had plus the BL stuff. 🤷‍♀️ Still love mine.
You got the 2.0, higher suspension, paddle shifters and 2 more GOAT modes. Let us Outer Banks owners have something extra that you don't have. :)

NOOOOOO! WE WANT IT ALL!

I'll be installing my own ambient lighting soon. Stay tuned...
I've checked. Module supports ambient lighting (I even have the color buttons enabled on screen), and looks like the various led mounting points are in place...

Can you be more clear? Which module do you mean?

I'm curious to see what you come up with. I looked in detail at my Badlands near when it was new about just adding the Ford LEDs for ambient. The lens at the front of the console exists but has no light module. The cupholder is swappable. The footwell lights are probably just mounted and not a huge issue otherwise. The door pulls do not have a slot cutout where the lighting lens fits in though on one door you can almost feel a raised mold line where it should be. None of it is wired even if you enable the function. F150 guys were able to add color too, but the newer Ford OEM modules don't support color shift. You need an older part. If you managed to get it working through the infotainment it sure would be interesting to see what parts you ended up ordering to make it all work.

I'm after the footwell lighting (and maybe the cupholder)
It's a start...

Anyone notice that when you remove the console cover, there is another spot at the front for ambient lighting in the phone tray? There's even a dummy light diffuser for it!

OB is the "lux" version, so you've got ambient lighting and rain sensing wipers.
Which I want... ;)
