Also, where your dyno sheet showing the 350/400?

Anyone can say anything they want, post that dyno sheet, otherwise, I’m calling BS on this one.
You Might wanna get a lil bored and explore the maverick forums which i think imma stick to from now on lol.
But sure when i install this 2.3 ecoboost turbo on my bronco ill dyno and post for you. Either way on a e30 tune on the 2.0 ecoboost motors that power is Exactly what you get. Lil turbo makes small hp gains but produces monster torque

All I’m reading is “I don’t have proof”.
All im hearing is you heavily invested in another mans car and how he spends his time tuning a "boring car"
Didnt realize i gained a online wife but go off lil bro

What sort of rallying are you planning to do?

Im excited about this thread, pushing limits is always good on someone else's dime and I hope you keep us informed of all developements. My 25 is too new for me to think about such mods but its good to follow others journeys. Did you do a cobb tune as well ?

Yes i have a Cobb accessport but im not over the shelf tuned anymore.
im pro tuned by adam from tuneplus. Hes been my tuner on all my ecoboost vehicles. The over the shelfs tune are fantastic if u keep the car relatively stock but ive been adding parts from mavericks over time till i felt the need to get a custom tune

Times have changed man, everything is computer calculated. You could put every item in the book to even a big turbo. Unless you tune it the car will limit itself. With catless on turbo cars you always see a net gain in power and torque when tuned for
Your opening post doesn't mention a tune, just the downpipe

I do agree that a tune along with the downpipe can provide great results, I've done it before.
A tune alone helps the EcoBoost engines quite a bit. Unfortunately a lot of those mods are illegal in a number of states for street use, so much so that they are unavailable to even sell.

Ford is supposedly going to offer a bolt on performance kit for the Maverick with the 2.0, if I remember correctly it uses the Mustang turbo and intercooler from the 2.3 EcoBoost and will not void the warranty.

Here's a video about it.

Cha Ching, I wonder if you need the new cooling system as well to retain the warranty

Cause this feral bronco is tuned and making 350hp and somewhere around 400+ ft-lb of torque.
Its a rally car
Lesson one....... Deleting cats and resonators NEVER means more HP or TQ. All that does it make it easier for the officer to spot you. (And it never sounds good......no matter what you tell yourself.)

Lesson two........ You made the claim so time for you to back it up.
Let's see the dyno screen shot and the list of all the completed mods to achieve those gains! That is a increase of +100hp and +123ft lbs tq. What did you do to the locking center and rear diffs to support that increase? The factory transmissions are failing right now under 250hp and 277ft lbs tq. What upgrades and company did you use to upgrade the transmission? No handheld unit will ever increase +100hp. so who did your tuning?

Lesson three........ Never and I mean NEVER claim you are Ford Master Tech when you are not.....everything you did to your BS proves you are NOT.

When it comes to the automotive world NEVER make claims that your vehicle can achieve something it physically can't. You will get called out on it and in the end you will only make a fool of yourself. Best thing you can do right now is delete your post and walk away from the keyboard. (and go outside and put your cats back on.)

That downpipe is a nice piece if you live in a state with lax emissions regulations.
Used to do that kind of stuff a long tme ago, swapping out the catalytic converter with a "test pipe". Doing that alone didn't really provide a performance gain, just more sound which made you think you had something.
Exactly.

My 2002 WRX is at Cobb Stage 2. That involved replacing the downpipe. Cobb sold both a catless model and one with a high flow cat. The catted pipe would flow enough to make ~350 hp. Stage 2 is about 285 hp, so I went with the catted pipe. It wasn't that much more, it sounds great (all else stock) and it isn't spewing out pollution unnecessarily.

I don't think any of you have ever tuned a car let alone done any form of performance mods that doesnt "void warranty" a catless downpipe and a tune is THE MOST common power gains in modern turbo cars. Its why bmws and anything audi or vw makes gobs of powers on a e30 tune with catless downpipe. Maybe tune some things before yapping, plus guess what. Your opinion on sound is subjective so why are you so pressed about it lol. PLUS who cares about cops we are trying to go fast lol what i do with my MONEY and my CAR is me but you all can keep letting what i do with my vehicle live rent free in your head lol.

Number 2. Sure bro ill do a dyno for you this weekend but check the mavericks forums who clearly know and respect builds unlike clowns like you guys
https://www.mavericktruckclub.com/forum/threads/349-whp-386-wtq-new-dyno-numbers-from-tuned-fast-maverick-modified-build.38146/page-2
The center diff isnt a diff it's called a ptu the rear "DIFF" is a clutched based system that can be electronically tuned to promote more clamping power which is something we did on the focus rs since its the EXACT SAME haldex awd system except bolted onto a automatic.

https://www.focusrs.org/threads/cracking-the-code-rdu-tuning-development.86562/page-49
Under and do research before you yap randomly.

Number 3. I didnt realize doing things on my own property means im disavowed from all my ASEs or the years i have worked at ford. Thats like saying im not a computer engineer because i made my own software instead of using whatever program Microsoft has lol. Having knowledge and a skillset MEANS that i can do anything i want with my skills lol. If i want to put a jet turbine into my bronco i can and will.
And u posted a generic video from a random no name youtuber? That proves your point how? Forums and people like me willing to break the norm that Monkeys like you follow are the ones that get to advance in their craft. Dont critique mozart when you dont even understand music comprehension but at least i get to enjoy the fact you guys are actually this upset over a tuned bronco its kinda funny and silly. But hey ill listen to you guys and sell my bronco since i cant tune it. Got any thing in mind you want me to own and tune since your my wife and clearly handle my finances?

cool video's I was wondering what up pips and cats would do for the bronco sports, and now I know what I will never do, well unless I turn into a teanager again haha.

frenchie, yours does sound better but still to loud for me in my older age, I tendtolike quiet over loud now in my daily driver or camping rig. when I want loud I just go out the shop and do some more work to the hot rod I am building.

I’m not familiar with the haldex AWD system however the Bronco Sport Badlands RDU
is supplied by Dana

https://www.sae.org/articles/danas-twin-clutch-axle-boosts-bronco-sports-off-road-cred-sae-ma-06636
Same specs, different companies. Ford has a habit of doing these things. They make a cool performance based option where perhaps they contact a specific brand to make said performance device(in the case of the focus rs it was GKN) then when its benefits outside of its own performance territory is realised they install them on the later casual cars.
All of fords newest fwd based awd systems are from the RS lineage of awd system. Haldex simply refers to these types of fwd awd systems doe now they are owned by borg warner
