  1. 25 Badlands Unusual New Car Smell?

My 2015 Mustang GT has 9000mi on the OD and it still smells new when I open the door. (Personally I love it.) Our Bronco Sport still smells new as well but it only has 3000mi on it. Neither of them are overly strong and after a few minutes in the either you don't notice it.
  2. New Rough Country roof rack and Nudge Bar.

I know when I was in the Jeep community anything Rough Country was considered "New Junk".
  3. New Badlands owner – Tire Upgrade and initial setup (looking for feedback)

That checking it by using a tire tread depth gauge not "By Eye" LOL
  4. New Badlands owner – Tire Upgrade and initial setup (looking for feedback)

Oh my that's 100% A.I. slop. Please don't fall for that fake info. If you really want to see the EXACT pressure you need then use the chalk method. Just keep in mind that for every degree the the ambient temp changes and the actual weight you are hauling (Passengers, Cargo, and Fuel) will effect...
  5. New Badlands owner – Tire Upgrade and initial setup (looking for feedback)

The Load range is what stamped on the side of the tire not what you hauling at that moment in time.
  6. New Badlands owner – Tire Upgrade and initial setup (looking for feedback)

FYI - By the time you see it with your eyes the tire is beyond correctable and the tires will need to be replaced. Once you see how little of the tire actually contacts the road surface and how much you reduce it by overfilling you would probably change your mind. A smaller contact patch greatly...
  7. New Badlands owner – Tire Upgrade and initial setup (looking for feedback)

This is how you correctly calculate the tire pressure for up-sizing the tires. https://tiresize.com/pressure-calculator/ Do you think the tire shop cares if you tires last or not? Trust me they know the faster they wear out the quicker you will be back. Not once have I left a tire shop or a...
  8. Keyless Entry Keypad: there is hope

I tried this procedure at least 30 times. It never shows a code on the screen.
  9. Keyless Entry Keypad: there is hope

I spent 2 hours with 2 Ford techs at the dealership trying to get it to work. The FDRS shows a factory code of "11111" and it does not work The module by the kick panel has no key code printed on it at all. The techs are willing to contact Ford but they warned me If it did not come with it from...
  10. 2025 Bronco Sport Recall NHTSA 26V122 Ford 26S10 EGR Valve Failure

This recall also tells me one thing. There is no way to tell if all of those EGR valves sitting on the shelves in part stores or junk or good now.
  11. Quashish Family Ride Thread : 2024 Badlands

That's 100% surface rust. My 1996 Mustang GT still has the same amount on it as when I first noticed it back in 1997.
  12. No Outback Wilderness for me - Changed my mind (new here)...

I'm getting 24mpg in a mix of Normal & Sport mode and I'm still playing around with or 2025 Bronco Sport Badlands Sasquatch. I don't miss our 2018 Explorer Platinum that was getting 16.5mpg. (Well I do miss the massage seats just a little bit.)
  13. Free onX Elite Membership Offer (First Year) for Ford Customers

It's definitely not buggy now! I'm your neighbor over here in Idaho and I am impressed will all the trails it has listed. (There is a few I thought only my previous Jeep club knew about.) Ive loaded\accessed OnX on a Andriod tablet and using Firefox on my PC both work smoothly!
  14. No Outback Wilderness for me - Changed my mind (new here)...

FYI ------ find a visor on Ebay that has the Homelink on it and replace your non-Homelink visor with it, it's 100% plug and play. The Homelink feature utilizes the same circuit and plug as the lighted mirror visor. If you trade in your 2024 and it currently does have the Homelink. Remove the...

  16. A Bronco Review

That is Ahmed Ibraheem he is a Asian/EU car mechanic. I used to watch him from time to time but you can tell after watching while he is VERY biased and not very fond of any American made vehicles.
  17. No Outback Wilderness for me - Changed my mind (new here)...

FYI The 2025 Bronco Sport Badlands Sasquatch actually has more features than the 2026 Bronco Sport Badlands Sasquatch. For 2026 they completely omitted the passenger side interior grab handle, the wireless charging pad, the Blue and Chrome rear Ford emblem, and the visor integrated Homelink...
  18. Keyless Entry Keypad: there is hope

Yea almost all new cars do that. The key-less entry pad gives you the ability to lock the keys inside the vehicle so they won't be lost during excursions. For example things like hiking, swimming, jet-skiing, snowmobiling, boating, camping.
  19. Keyless Entry Keypad: there is hope

There is a spot for a key but nothing is printed there. I'll try to swap the key quickly and see if that works. (like I said I tried this at least 30 times)
