Glacier Park Montana. Parked it for a couple of days in Polson at the huge casino on flathead lake. Then up to lake McDonald and then over the pass. Tight but made it with the Bronc. Great trip. A must go to, esp with my wheels.For me, it would have to be the White Rim Rd, in Canyonlands National Park, Utah. 100 miles of bumpy, dusty and sandy roads with some challenging climbs and it was a blast. Spent two nights camping. Pic is of my first night at Labyrinth campsite. I was the only one there.
Cool write up and what appears to be a very fun ride. It's funny how people are surprised to see the Sports where normally only Jeep and other high clearance vehicles go. When I took my Badlands up to Gemini Bridges outside of Moab a side by side with a family of four passed me. A little while later at the top I pulled in next to them. The mom looked over and said, "That car is too pretty to be doing this stuff."
Thanks, yes it was a very fun trail. One of my favorites, I recommend it if you are ever there. Yes I know, it is funny to see the look on some people's faces of surprise and wonder. I went up the same trail this summer and I got a lot of thumbs up and "hey that's cool" kind of comments, I guess maybe people are getting a little more accustomed to seeing these on a trail haha idk. I've done that trail and others in that area in both a 1993 Jeep Wrangler and my BSFE and so far the Sport has been able to go everywhere I've taken the YJ both easier and more comfortably. There is something about driving mountain trails in an old Jeep with a manual though.
