I had been using an Amazon knock-off that was 12volt powered and as you can imagine.. would take forever to air up my tire whenever I air downed on some of the more challenging trails. While my knock-off did its job well , the hour or so it would take for me to air up my BFG KO2s from 20lbs...
I know WE Cactus Grey's get snubbed around here all the time, lol. But its the one Bronco that changes colors all by itself depending on the lighting and surroundings
Looks like that smaller power train is having to work a bit harder with those tires… but well worth it “if”. You frequently take that bad boy off road. My BL is a daily driver but just about every weekend I’m off roading on some aggressive rock terrain .. so have these beefier tires are...
My BL handles both snow and in even wet volcanic ash… sticky stuff… I’m running KO2s at 245x65x17 on a stock Badlands… handles well on and off road… no complaints
Yup had some driving up in Utah... with snow, rain and worse driving along volcanic ash that apparently turns to a consistency of clay when wet... who knew!?!?
After shredding my Pirreli ATRs after a short 20k miles I migrated up to the KO2s in 245x65x17s with my stock BL suspension… no issues what so ever !
already put 7k on them and several off road trips. While I lost 2 MPGs , meh… they’ve been awesome!
Thank you and yes Merry Xmas to you and yours,… yup retired 4 years ago after 27 years in service…. And the funny part is I never wanted to be a COP… just needed a job at the time and promised myself it be for a year or two while I figured things out… hahaha how funny life takes hold and leads...
Haha i use…. To bat for the other team…here in my 1990 RS…. Now working for the other side of the fence…hehehehe… Badlands and 2.0 liters of pure terror… hahaha
This is something I've been looking for... Quick question... what is the PPF? I like the matte colored Topo decal on all pillars and for sure would prefer a different color to show though those Topo-lines as opposed to the satin of the existing pillars.
So I'm guessing the PPF is applying that...
I have All-terrains from BFG KO2's so not specifically for snow and ice "on road" but performed well and no loss of confidence on my part...
Short fun video....
Awesome looking ride... love that new color... I only had access to one Badlands in my area during those unicorn days where finding "any" Bronco Sport was a rare thing and locating a Badlands even more so...lol
Cactus grey has grown on me... and talk about being a color chameleon... the...
Yes love this little powerhouse. It has successfully balanced the lines between a daily driver and my weekend adventure mobile. While I do miss my full sized truck from time to time... I do not miss those $110 filll ups! Here's my 2022 Bronco Badlands with 31K on the odometer.
Like you... just...
Yuppies… this little powerhouse has balanced the line between daily driver and adventure mobile all rolled up into one… while I do miss my truck… I do not miss those $110 fill ups, lol. My 2022 Badlands purchased April 2022 and rolling up to 31k miles at this writing… love it!
The road was well groomed so easy enough for the Bronco Sport to handle... but some areas had such a sticky and thick ash that when wet qs on this fine day... stuck like glue to my KO2's... yikes.
I've been away from this forum for a mere month ad now I find something about a pencil holder!? WTF is going on?!? hahahha
first engine covers... missing felt under-carriage covers... missing under glovebox cover... when will this madness end !/!
UGH
