My husband and I have taken my BSBL off-road in the San Juans the last three years. This year I hit several trails that I hadn’t previously… the whole Alpine Loop, Governor’s Basin, and to the top of Imogene Pass among them! Imogene was my bucket list trail! (Photos include

I could log in on my computer with no issues… but I’m still getting an error from the app on my iPhone.. I’m taking my Bronco Sport to the dealership tomorrow for a different matter, so I’ll see if I can get some help with logging in from them.
I just updated the Ford Pass app- now the Ford App, and I can’t get logged back in. I keep getting error messages. I tried resetting the password and I tried turning my phone off and then on again. I’m afraid to delete the app and then reinstall because I’m worried I’ll lose the pairing with my...
2022 Badlands
I’ve run multiple trails in the San Juans the last three years. I finally tackled Imogene two weeks ago. I have been wanting to try it, but didn’t want to go alone, not knowing what to expect. The first year, the pass was still covered with snow, and then last year, my husband and...
I had the Continentals on my Badlands for a few days before they were swapped out for the Falken Wildpeaks. The Continentals were very smooth and quiet. I noticed an immediate difference in road noise and ride once the Wildpeaks were on. Also, my mileage went down slightly with the Wildpeaks...
I use an app called TrailsOffroad . I also use AllTrails. In Colorado, there’s a free app called CoTrex.
TrailsOffroad and AllTrails include user reviews and photos, and they have difficulty rating systems. I haven’t used CoTrex as often as the others.
I installed the HRG 1.5” lift. I am still on my 235 65R 17 tires, but I’ll be getting new tires this winter… likely 245 65R 17. I also haven’t yet installed any additional skid plates - but I know I need that.
At first, I felt like my BSBL was top heavy after the installation of the lift. I...
Awesome!!! I’m curious- I’ve got questions! Lol!
1) which GOAT mode were you in?
2) were you using Trail Control?
3) did you put it into a manual gear?
Looks like so much fun!?
I’d suggest seeing if there’s an off-roading group or Bronco group in your area and join them for a ride. Many groups plan rides for newbies, or will plan an easy ride if there’s interest. I’ve learned so much by simply joining others.
My second suggestion would be to find at least one other...
We are planning a trip to off-road in the San Juans - Colorado - in September. Last June 2023, we took our stock BS Badlands over Corkscrew Gulch, Yankee Boy Basin, (had to stop partway due to snow coverage), Last Dollar, and Brown Mountain.
I’m curious which trails in the San Juans you’ve...
Yes, I’m using something similar- for the same reason. I purchased it from Amazon. I like it… it does the job. :) I also have a seat protector installed for the back seats.
There’s a group called Colorado Bronco Owners. They’re most active on Facebook, but also have an Instagram presence. Members post rides in the “events” tab, and a lot of the times the rides are Sport friendly. It’s a really great group. I’ve joined for some rides and events as well. This group...
