It never ends...I've owned many Ford Vehicles (Mustangs mainly), but this Bronco Sport takes the cake. Let's see I've had some software patches done, wiper motor checked out, etc., etc.,I guess we will just have to wait and see how this pans out.

so you have been subjected to 1 maybe 2 recalls and a tsb's and a couple updates, and that takes the cake? you do realize that what it means is they are finding issues and taking car of them and not sweeping them under the rug like companies did for years.

The 1.5L has had many issues. Ford drags its feet on fixes and a bandaid solution for the fuel injector issue. Let's see how long it takes for a new injectors to appear that actually works. Ford has so many recalls to deal with. Ford leads the industry in recalls for the 3rd year in a row. Quality is job one or Found On Road Dead and Fix Or Repair Daily.. Yet, Farley is earning $25M per.

No need to defend Ford on this $540 million dollar fiasco. Ford is the leader in recalls plain and simple.
Maybe better engineering and design would be a better way to make a vehicle and stay off the top of the list you don’t want to be on.
Every new Ranger from 2021 now has a recall that has to do with a design flaw for the curtain airbags. I have had a few issues with my 2021 BL.
Not enough to worry about. Will my next new vehicle be a Ford, not sure yet. That’s up to Farley and his band of merry men.

Got the Recall letter today for our '23 BB. No issues so far but only 3000 miles. When ford has the parts I'll bring it in.

Better solution.
Buy a BS with a 2.0L.
not better at all, I have been the 2L route the wife has the 2L and the old car had it. I have had 2 recalls for my BS with the 1.5. both were done before I bought it but they did check to see what software was uploaded this last service last week but I already had the proper one. the other recall was the body control module or something, one of the modules anyways. the wife's 2L is two years older and has had 4 recalls so far.

I think part of the problem is the 1.5 size , people think its the same engine as the 4 cyl 1.5, where its not, less issues and way more power. heck this thing has way more get up and go than the 2.5L 4cyl that was in my 2010 ford fusion this replaced.

if I was a 18 year old kid or a die hard off roader then ya I would probably get the 2L for the extra power, but for normal driving and the occasional trail/4x4 type road we go on liking for spots to take the truck and camper, it would have been a waist of money. then I would have had to spend a tone in options to bring the badlands trim up to the level of my OB

What years? 2025 included? No letter here.
Darn it, so sorry. I already tossed the letter since it was useless. I'll get another letter when they finally have the parts in.

I had the 2.0L in a Lincoln MKC with no issues. I had an '23 OBX and it would have been a perfect BS for me if it had an 2.0L option.

and I have a 23 OBX with no issues.. haven't seen a recall yet aside from the injector one. but if you watch the auto industry recalls are up across the board, everyone is trying to squees the most power and fuel efficiency out of motors they are redesigning so much and by the time they work the bugs out, its time to change engines. but, I have always said I would rather have a recall and a free fix than them ignoring it and customers left holding the bag like what is going on with the GM 6.2L class action right now.

recalls mean the company is taking the issues seriously and fixing them.

Recalls mean the NHTSB forced the manufacturer to recall it to hopefully fix the problem. But as stated it is better free then the consumer having to foot the repair bill.
