The complete kit was delivered on Wednesday which included the 2 rails and 4 RX 100 legs. Are you using this setup? If so do I have to mount the legs at the stock mounting spots? Or can I mount the rails at a location of my choice as long as the outer claw does the wrap around?
I would call Rhino-Rack and get their technical support. I had a few other questions. They answered very quickly for me on the phone. They’re based in Colorado and here’s the number. 1 (877) 744-6622

Busy day yesterday. Added:
  • LED Brake Lights. The reverse lights didn't fit, going back.
  • Retracting Rear Cargo Cover. I have the CMS, but it's pretty limiting for daily use since it lowers the covered area to 9" depth. It'll be better suited for off-roading, camping, etc. for layered cargo storage.
  • Eclipse Sunshade. I love these things, but recommend holding off for now. The only one they sell for the BS says 21-25, but I don't think they actually measured the '25 model year. I've got a ticket in with them now.

@jkernitzki why do you think the windscreen would be any different on a 2025? (Im assuming this is a sunshade for the windscreen)
The sensor package on the ‘25’s (or at least Badlands Sasquatch) is huge. It was obvious they didn’t properly account for the dimensions.

…probably go knock off on the cargo area as the Ford one is pricey!
Did you check the discounted Ford internet sites for the Ford cargo mat? Especially when you live within driving distance of one that allows pickup to skip the shipping charge which likely is high for the Ford cargo mat.

When I bought the front mats I looked around. Ford is usually cheaper if they have a discount coupon and using the rewards points. Ford charges $14.95 to ship the cargo mat. Both my other orders were the same so maybe they do flat rate shipping?

New wheels and tires installed today. I was still running the original tires and at 54,000 miles they were not getting the traction that they used to. The original tires were Goodyear Assurance All Seasons 225/60-18's on the optional 18" Big Bend black with machined polished faces.

Went to 17's in all black this time. Wheels: LiquidMetal Halo 17" x 7.5" +40MM offset. Tires: Falken Wildpeak AT Trail 225/65-17

Today was floor mat day! I was looking on Amazon for some floor mats, but decided to order the OEM ones from Ford. I'll probably go knock off on the cargo area as the Ford one is pricey!
See, if I had to do it all over again, the Ford floor mats barely cover. I would get another brand that goes over the footrest and up under the gas pedal... you know where your dirty feet go! Then I would take the money saved on those and put them towards the cargo mat.

I would for sure get the OEM Ford cargo mat again. It's full coverage and has a really nice logo. At least as sturdy/durable as any other mat and it has a nice matching pattern to it. I think the parts counter price on that mat is like $150 now? You can get it pretty easy down to 120 with the frequent offers they have. You could even go Ford points if you have them and get $0 on those, and the pattern would match the floormats you have.

Next project, Matte Black Paint Protection Film on lower (below "crease") doors, in line with black bumpers.

Got a delivery today so....Today is test fitting window shades day. I was mainly looking for the rear window, but found a complete set on Amazon. I just did a quick fitting today as the Bronco was already pretty toasty inside.
