Ok, so one thing I have found, and I am not sure if it is just mine or it is all broncos, is the angle of the windshield fluid tank makes it so I can't put a full jug of fluid in it. I can if I pull the front tires up on a ramp though and change the angle of the tank. I am thinking about trying to shim the back tank mount down to see if I can change the angle and was just wondering if anyone else has noticed this.

Mine will fill up after less than a full gallon jug. Then after driving around more space frees up and I can put more in. I assume it’s just air getting trapped. My driveway has a slope though. I’ve never tried filling it while on the driveway. I will try that next time!

Well, if that's all you can find fault with the BS, all is good.

It was supposed to be a gallon, but they got the angle of the dangle wrong...

Fills all the way to top on mine with no problem .
Can't believe ours are that dissimilar. I just did the burp this morning while refilling it. I fill until the fluid is in the fill neck and there is a lot of reservoir on the other side that gets airlocked. A couple bounces and I can get 3-4 extra cups in. That's 3/4 liter up North.

Don't really use the windsheild washer a ton on any car. If the windscreen is dirty, the whole car is usually dirty enough to justify washing it.
ahh but not all of us live in California where the roads are always dry. I live in the Canadian mountains where we have snow 6 months of the year and they use liquid melt and salt and gravel on the roads. in the fall/winter/ and spring, I almost go through more windshield wiper fluid than I do gas Haha seriously though a gal every 2 weeks is not unreasonable. but what I can fit in is 3/4 of a gal then I have to add the rest a few days later when there is clearly room for it all if the tank was on the right angle.
