Hey, if it’s got wheels and isn’t “plug-in electric” (sorry if that offends) I’m interested and amused. Nice rides.only because it was requested....

Very Nice Clean Boss 302 thanks for the pictures.Does the 66 have a 289 or is it a 6 cylinder car?![]()

and the BSBL too! cant forget that one.
at this point i will not buy a "new" mustang with the TV screen on the dash. i would consider "used" mustangs from 2004-2022.... including mach 1's and boss's. but right now we are saving for college fund so hoping one day.. and as mentioned before leaning towards a full size Bronco as a "weekend warrior"....
Jim Farley's looking better today
When Rod Blagojevich (Illinois governor) was in the news for his alleged attempt to sell Barack Obama's Senate seat, I compared the image of Alfred E. Newman with that of Blagojevich - it's a match, but I won't post it here.Jim Farley's looking better today
[sorry Alfred E Newman]
Bingo. Parts bin specials are not special. At least the Heritages got the white roof/special body colors and different seats/interior trim details exclusive to them alone. And we do get tons of compliments on the Yellowstone color everywhere we go.They haven't really done anything to this BS since unrolling it back in 21. Creating fun trim models that help them nickel and dime you on most every modern feature isn't all that exciting. So if they added new rims and colors to the same body style and haven't made any real improvements to gear shifting, fuel injection, infotainment head unit/display (which in my opinion is the very worst I've ever had), easy availability of better seating and other interior comforts, Etc. I paid $47,000 for an SUV that makes changing wiper blades difficult because the hood is in the way and even worse, do you realize it doesn't even have a safety light on the doors when they open?
So I say 'eh' to most of what they've come up with in 2023 and 24. I'm not impressed.
With the exception of a few small things, my 2023 BS is very much the same as a 2021 and they're still dealing with recalls (the fuel injection problem) on 23 and 24 models that plagued 2021 models.

Looks like the larger screen introduced on the 2023 Escapes will be going in the BS for 2025I find it hard to believe that the pictures are the complete mid-cycle refresh. More than likely as already noted, it is a new trim that is coming that will be above the Badlands. More offroad focused. Ford is probably just testing it in the real world, under disguise of the current gen body style.
I would expect revised headlights and taillights, grills, wheel and color options, slightly reworked body lines and an updated interior. It will for sure get rid of sync 3 and the 8-inch screen.
Sync 4 with the larger 13.2-inch screen that is being used in the Escape and the upcoming Explorer is my guess as to what the Bronco Sport will get. Which more than likely means very little physical buttons and knobs. Simple changes to the climate will have to be done through the screen. Also expect the gauges to be fully digital across all trims. Again, similar to the Escape and Explorer. Interior materials and fit and finish should also be upgraded.
Hoping the 2.0 becomes the base engine and the 2.3 from the Ranger and or bigger Bronco becomes the optional engine on the higher trims. Hybrid is not necessarily out of the question, but that may be saved for the next generation and not for the mid-cycle refresh.
I can't see the 2.0 becoming standard, or the 2.3 coming to the BS. That drives down the MPG and ratings for the vehicles. Manufacturers want higher MPG not lower across an entire lineup.I find it hard to believe that the pictures are the complete mid-cycle refresh. Agree with everything you are saying. One can hope though. Especially with production of the Edge ending. Ford has capacity to relocate the 2.0 to the Bronco Sport if they really wanted and then use the 2.3 in a higher trim niche package if desired.I can't see the 2.0 becoming standard, or the 2.3 coming to the BS. A hybrid is what I would expect to see coming to the lineup.
For sure there will be a Hybrid for the next generation. I also am not a fan of losing physical buttons that make it easier to do things while driving. I don't like taking my eyes off the road to go through various pages in a screen. Guess I am getting older, but I don't need more screens in cars. It is getting out of hand imo.Looks like the larger screen introduced on the 2023 Escapes will be going in the BS for 2025

Not a huge fan of the climate controls moving to the screen, but they look to be always present on the bottom so you (ideally) don't have to jump through a few windows to get to them. If thats what it takes to get a bigger screen with Sync 4 'fine but I'll complain the whole time'
Also looks like the gauge cluster is going digital which that I really like.
The Maverick seems to be getting AWD on the Hybrid so I'd be surprised if a Hybrid option doesn't make it's way over to the BS.
Agreed - no way Ford would make the 2.0 standard. 90% of BS are 1.5, very few want the added fuel penalty of the 2.0I can't see the 2.0 becoming standard, or the 2.3 coming to the BS. That drives down the MPG and ratings for the vehicles. Manufacturers want higher MPG not lower across an entire lineup.
