2000 miles and not a squeak. I wonder if one of spacers wasnt quite centered or a spring is a little off?

ReCheck your bolts to see what’s loose. Sway bar links will make noise, so will spacers if not tight. Haven’t heard of any others about noise with HRG. I’ll let you know tomorrow with mine.

So I get more rub after the lift since the angles changed. I’ll fix this eventually.

And, it feels like a spacer lift. I’ve built enough vehicles to realize that the ride is stiffer and less compliant over chop at any speed, whoops and things are fine.
As soon as someone drops an actual suspension setup, I’m gonna pull the spacers and throw that in. Most won’t notice the difference in ride, on or off-road running spacers. But is noticeable to me especially on such a short wheelbase.
Again I’m not bashing the setup. Is nice piece of kit and does what I needed. I just need more lol. My last two builds.

What size tire are you running?

I mentioned it earlier in the thread. But running the HRG kit on my badlands with 245/70/17 on oem wheels. I do not get bad scrub, but it does rub on full lock and dog legging. But not enough that I wouldn’t wheel it. I’ll see what needs to be trimmed etc. next week.

I went down to 245/65. 70s rubbed too much and I’m not cutting a bunch on a unibody vehicle. Bad juju. Rubbing got worse after the lift. It pulls the wheel in closer to the strut side since the angle change and no UCA. The bigger tires looked better, but had far less usability than these. The 65s work better on and off-road
