I’ve been a mechanic for more years than I care to count, and the torque wrench in my arm told me I tightened down with the same force that it took for me to remove the oem bolts. ???The steeda manual that came with it actually indicate 23ftlb of torque.
the one with the picture i sent a few days ago were torques for the big bronco. Let me delete that post.
Can’t beat experience… Priceless!I’ve been a mechanic for more years than I care to count, and the torque wrench in my arm told me I tightened down with the same force that it took for me to remove the oem bolts. ???
Is this cap thing something most people get? Kind of threw me for a loop when I refilled the gas for the first time this weekend and saw no cap.Brown Bear touchless car wash today and gas-up at Costco. Already dusted with pollen. Glad I have the capless fuel filler cap on it. Keeps out water - pollen - dirt you name it.

An option but with millions of vehicles on the road without a cap without issues, I don't see the need but that's me.Is this cap thing something most people get? Kind of threw me for a loop when I refilled the gas for the first time this weekend and saw no cap.
I have also run the same cap on my 2017 Silverado since new - essential to keep things clean. A Jeep buddy tells me the cap cured pesky false engine codes his Jeep always had.Is this cap thing something most people get? Just to give you an idea of what you face if you decide to take the door panel off:Got my rain guards from WeatherTech installed. Too bad I dropped one of the clips down into my passenger door. I'm sure it will bother me just knowing it will potentially rattle around in there. I'm not afraid to take the panel off, I just don't know how. But for now I'm going to try not to worry about it.
