That’s exactly the route I want to go as well. If you don’t mind my asking, how much did that cost where your at?
From original purchase the service order shows 1 hour labor hitch and wiring @ $120 an hour. Trailer hitch kit @ $220.
The wiring kit should be a separate parts price.
But no additional charge to me this week for the parts or install. Dealing with a the small town dealership. *PRICELESS*
They had it all day - looks like they have to take things apart in the back cargo area to get it wired.
Overall the dealership has been very fair - free window tint when transport didn't show in 2 weeks as they expected - $600 tire credit for the take-off tires.
Okay. I’ve seen this a few times, but admittedly, I don’t know what the significance is of the red R. Can you please inform me? I have a thought or two, but I just may be a little too political on one & maybe too race minded on the other. ??Gave the baby Bronco a bath today. I also think this is the first time I’ve posted her in this thread so I guess I’ll mention the script emblem on the side, the red vinyl “R” on the front grill and back hatch which I think pops really nice on the blue, and lastly the BFG KO2s (245/65).
My favorite story to tell is the mechanic who installed the tires had a full size Bronco and when he saw how good the KO2s looked on the BS he said “If the sport would have came with those wheels stock I would have been very inclined to get that instead of the full size.”

I applaud your front plate space filler choice. Looks great! Unfortunately, I live in a state that requires tags front & back, and they can be sticklers. Got a warning ticket on my Mustang after the Cobra front cover was installed, so I hadda fabricate a tag mounting bracket. ?Added light covers to my Baja Designs lights to help protect against all the debris kicked up or off dump trucks on the roads these days.

So I first saw it on the Bronco racing truck form a few years ago and thought it looked really cool. Essentially, as far as I understand, the red "R" is to make the truck stand out as a racing/rally truck. Other than that I just think it's a really cool/different look although I have seen others do it.??‍

Thank you! I really like this front plate too as it comes from a company in GA and is really solid. Thankfully my State is a bit more lenient and has better things to do. Just in case tho my spare plate is with the spare wheel.

Will do, but with privacy tint on back windows don’t know if you’re gonna see much. Also check out the HRG website, it’s pretty informative. Hopefully will post pics today.
Yes, available for both sides, right now $99 each. Got them from HRG Offroad (www.hrgoffroad.com).
Installation was pretty easy; fit into window, mark six holes, drill pilot holes (used really small bit in a dremel), screw into place. Screws are only going into plastic trim — so go carefully, and figure you’re never going to clean inside of window again ?
Also @ Tigger’s request here’s those outside pics — you can hardly see the things in the window with the factory tint on them
