Quick question and sorry if this has been posted somewhere else - does the odometer need to be recalibrated for the 245's? Or should it be? Thanks!

Only if you want it to be correct. It’s more the diameter than the width, but if the ratio is the same (65), the 245’s will be slightly larger in diameter.Quick question and sorry if this has been posted somewhere else - does the odometer need to be recalibrated for the 245's? I’m looking at the 245s. Any change in ride quality (acceleration, handling, noise etc). Also, do you have any more pics of them you can postSo you can now completely close the lid?
The 70's will rub. Not all the time and not every day, but with the wheel turned and the suspension compressed, they will rub. That is not limited to trails/offroad either. If you are turning and encounter a bump, it could cause a rub. There are some that have modified the pinch weld to alleviate the rub but that pinch weld is part of the structure/frame of the vehicle. We don't know how much that modification weakens the structure.Marceline @bronc0mad has 245/70/17's on his Badlands. I think they look great and it seems he's having no issues with rubbing etc. Anyone have any thoughts on 70's?

Yes, and your felt liner won’t do you any favors either. If you aren’t going off road and fully utilizing your suspension, you are probably fine but, as Eric has said many times already, 245/65 is the safest way to go. And no, adding a lift on the BS doesnt change the problem. The 70's will rub. Not all the time and not every day, but with the wheel turned and the suspension compressed, they will rub. Nice!Few pics from one of our trips this summer. Had no issues on the overgrown, unmaintained, and untraveled norther trails. Definitely put the Bronco through the paces and had no issues or reservations about it's abilities once. Tires were very good. Probably the best all-round tires I've ever used tbh, highly recommended.
