I have a friend in Clermont who loves to tell me how warm and sunny it is down there. "Soo, I guess it's all cloudy and cold up there..."

Florida is nice in the winter, but the summers are brutal! I don't like the heat and humidity here in Maryland. I'd never leave the A/C down there!

We feel the same way about the heat. We lived in central Florida for 4 years after we got married back in 1987. After 4 years we could not stand the heat anymore & moved out. My oldest brother lives in central Florida & I go to visit, but only in the Spring or Fall. We like the weather mix in SW Va.

Yep, that's a nice area!

I think the Upper Midwest has it the worst -- hot, humid summers and frigid winters. They joke about having 2 weeks of spring and fall.

It's supposed to be 53 degrees here on Sunday. Coldest weather we've had all winter.

Y'all can keep that snow. I'll happily deal with a hurricane once a decade instead of the cold.

I no longer have My 2023 BS BB now I have a 2025 XLT AWD Maverick with the 2.0 EB and we got about 10 inches or more of Snow here in Northeast,Ohio.

I ended up with a 25BSSQ but was really considering the Maverick Tremor.

A cynical person might say Ford had 'their mind on their money and their money on their mind.'

I suppose there might be some sound deadening benefit but I'll take smooth liners any day.

This is less than ideal, but would it be possible to connect a hose to either your water heater drain or the hot supply to your washer? Using the water heater drain would have the added benefit of flushing it.

Of course that water is gonna freeze, so you'd need a spot where that's not a concern.

Totally agree, Ford next time you develop a new fender liner coat the liner with road slush, freeze it at - 20 C overnight and then try to remove the slush !
