Theres probably some wiggle room on that but it would come down to things like aerodynamics and load placement... A properly placed diffuser could help. You could probably get more up there if you were staying local streets and went slow. But again you are only talking a few sheets and if they failed you'd be responsible. Not sure I'd risk my car for work. The roof is not really job site worthy for loading up cargo, more for personal small projects.

I agree anything more than 2 sheets of 3/4 I would probably just rent one of those those hourly vans from home depot. It's not worth the potential issues.

Fit is fantastic, allows use of Moonroof, I haven't actually used them yet, but there was no noticeable road noise, and they feel quite solid. Installation could not have been easier, they are definitely built to fit these roof rails.

Not completely happy with this Amazon cargo basket... but the price was right at $219... Vs Yakima's off-grid choice at $600ish... But admittedly I may end up buying one.

Tried a set of Amazon cross bas that others recommended, but did not have a good fit so sprung for some Thule Wing-eve bars and feet... Perfect fit, but between the feet, bars and locks spent $500 for the lot.

The Rhino Rack comes in two sizes, 47" and 57" long. The one shown is the 57" version.

I love the Rhino Rack, I think I may have to order Tyger, but as you've said it seems to be the same thing. The question I have is if I want to do some paddle boarding and strap one (or two) of those puppies up there, how hard would that be?

I know I could get SUP rails, but I want something more flexible than just transporting SUP boards.

Any thoughts and/or suggestions would be appreciated.

Yakima button down 4- 2snowboard or 4 skis, cargo basket for roof storage or can easily strap sups or surfboards too.
