My BB is missing the engine cover (don't care), the hood insulation (do care) and the under dash cover on passenger side (also do care). Waiting for dealer to call me (they said they ordered both). Otherwise, I'm very happy with my BS. I've driven it nearly 2k miles to date.

I’m pretty sure that gasoline is not on the specification list. If you got 1/2 a tank, you should count yourself lucky. Given how dealers are struggling because Ford (and other brands) can’t supply them with cars, I’m surprised they gave you that much fuel.

Could depend on the company or dealer. The window stickers on Hyundai specifically say:
*Full Tank of Gas.
Do you siphon off your trade-ins or wrangle them for $30 more on the trade?

I can’t say that I would siphon out the gas but I definitely would not show up with a full tank.:giggle:

Mine was supposed to come with a full-size spare but came with absolutely no spare at all. They threw in a donut, but I took it out to put in a subwoofer anyway.

I'm missing my funnel and engine cover as well, but I don't really care about that all too much.
that's an expensive missing piece that you should definitely press an issue about. subwoofer or not, you should have it in your garage/shed for emergencies

Add missing gasoline to the list. I bought mine close to a year ago, and when I pulled off the lot I noticed Ford shorted me close to half a tank of gas. I'm not sure where they put it, but by today's prices that's close to $50 in missing gas. I checked the glove box, back seats, in the small back seat vault...nowhere. The tech said maybe it evaporated...I'm at a loss...(sarcasm if you missed it). Honestly the stuff you all complain about, I'd hate to be a car dealer.

Mine was handed empty, a Km from nearest gas station...
Dang...that's sincerely crappy...all kidding aside as I filled out the legal crap the dealer took it himself to fill it up out of his own pocket (I'm sure the dealership paid it back) but that, sucks. Empty is raw as heck.

We have the funnel in our BS, it was back by the spare tire. We got the salesman to fill the gas tank before we took delivery. Our BS has the under dash cover.

My dealer's been pretty good overall. Can't complain much. They did give me a discount on my tires that I felt covered it. For any larger trips in the future, I plan to buy a nice basket to throw a full-size spare in.

Mine was built after yours and has it too. By the way, What is the pocket clip for?
This is a generic part used by many vehicles. I've read it "clips" onto XYZ storage area. Maybe that's why??
Or perhaps it adds structural integrity for the little notch & channel behind the clip?

Below is pp. 157 from an online BS Manual ... it appears to be disposable.

That little funnel will be great for fuel additives like BG44K.

Anybody have a map that shows what is sopped to go where in the molded foam inserts? They don’t seem to be just random.
I noticed that one of the molds is for the key for the wheel locks. I got wheel locks after and saw how easy it fit there.
