This is interesting and thanks for the information. I have a 2021 Badlands and never encountered battery issues or the other gremlins reported on this recall, and it sits a lot between uses, often a week or two. I'm wondering if this really applies across all vehicles or just that they cannot...
Get a Carbon Fiber upgrade from Vivid Racing. I've been thinking about it. Anyone do this trade out?

I generally keep vehicles a long long time. Glad I got 2021 Badlands trim which has avoided a lot of issues raised in this forum re 3-cylinder engine on other trims. Anyway, mine has been great. 15,000 miles and only oil changes and tire rotations.
However, still has very high resale/trade-in...
Mine came stock with Pirelli Scorpion ATR tires. Maybe these are specific for Badlands trim? They've been great...so far. But I do like the beefier look of the Goodrich.
Anyone really look at the instruction manual? It likes like the only work required is on the driver's A pillar, driver's roof rail, driver dash, etc. Who in god's name do they require a bunch of rear panel removal, etc.?
All trims are 4WD capable, but I chose the BL for several reasons:
1) 4-cylinder turbo engine (just cannot wrap my mind around a 3-cyl)
2) Rides higher than the other trims
3) Two more GOAT modes and other extra off-road features
4) BL trim owners with the BL trims are the only ones invited to...
You may want to check with Vivid Racing in Arizona. They have all kinds of mods for the BS: chip upgrade for more HP, carbon fiber steering wheel, etc.

My salesman was great. MSRP price clear. Great communication. However, it was the annoying meeting with the "finance manger" and his efforts to sell me extended warranties, etc.
Him: You need these extended warranty programs.
Me: You mean what I'm buying is a piece of crap that Ford won't stand...
I'm very satisfied, but:
1. Easily scratched plastic interior.
2. The piano black plastic trim pieces on the exterior window pillars, which easily get small swirl scratches despite using the softest of towels.
3. Mine came with a defect in the zippered pocket on the back of the driver's seat...
Switch to Badlands. There have been some problems reported with the 3-cyl. engine and I think a couple recalls. Not only more power, but you get 7 GOAT modes, two more than OB. BL models also sit slightly higher. And only BS BL owners get to go to the Bronco Off-Roadeo (search forums).
