What are the 8 major issues?
1. Transmission mount replaced
2. Turbo Replaced
3. Water pump and serpentine belt replaced
4.
5.
6.
7.
8.
These are all solved with a Pedal Max. Pretty sure I've seen it as a solution for all BS issues listed on this forum.

Trading it in if I can’t get it Lemon Lawed. Dealer can’t even advise saying the car is too new. Okay then take it back. lol But now what do I get? I love the look of the car. 🥲
Trade in for a fully optioned Badlands sport?

I was at my local dealership to pick up some parts and asked the service department if they knew of any issues with the water pump. She said they hadn't heard of anything (I live in a small town so not too surprising).

I didn't have time to set up an appointment but what do y'all think I should do? My selling dealership is 3 hours away so that's not really an option.

Here's what I'm thinking:
  • Take it to my home town dealership, point them in the right direction on how to fix this, and build a good relationship with them going forward.
  • Call some local dealerships to find one that's aware of this issue and take it to them. I'd prefer keeping it in my home town in case I have to have it serviced in the future.
Does it matter if they're not familiar with the issue since the information should be available at their fingertips?

I did pick up some coolant to keep it topped off so if it's just slowly leaking, I should be good for a while. I'm at a year of ownership and 10,800 miles.
Hello! Send us a private message with your VIN and current mileage. Allow me to see what I can do to assist. Thanks!

What are the 8 major issues?
1. Transmission mount replaced
2. Turbo Replaced
3. Water pump and serpentine belt replaced
4.
5.
6.
7.
8.
Four - is serpentine belt
Five -trunk hatch bolt leaked a ton of water into the ceiling causing a giant stain on headliner
Six -Window levers flaking and peeling and I cut my finger on it
Seven -Brakes squealing and loud whale noise when reversing
Eight -carpet peeling up on passenger side not so major but that made 8

That’s at least 6 too many especially #1, #2, #5 ...

were all of these fixed under warranty (not that it matters but you shouldn’t have to pay)

I just wanted to update this.

I took it to the local dealership for the loss of coolant, rear passenger door trim piece being loose, and a rattle from my exhaust.

Trim piece isn’t orderable. They said when it is they’ll call me. The rattle wasn’t loud enough for them to deal with but if it’s louder it’s usually a bracket (that’s what it sounded like on the phone). For the coolant, they said they pressure tested it for 30 minutes while hot and cold and found no leaks. There was also no signs of leakage.

I guess I’ll just monitor it. Hopefully it’s just a slow leak and nothing fast that’ll catch me off guard. Most stories I see are when they’re out of coolant but I check mine at least every other fill up.
