Headed from one appointment to the next yesterday, we encountered a complete incompetent fool towing his VW. Pulled out from the left, crossed the turn median area and both lanes at maybe 5mph. All while our traffic was moving at ~45mph. The white SUV that had just changed lanes in front of me and panic stopped, and I had a tailgater behind me so stopping, while possible, would've likely gotten me rear-ended. So I just laid on that magnificent horn Ford provided and bailed to the left to get around him.

The maneuver felt completely controlled, no noticeable body roll, and steering input/response were dead on. I like this car more and more every day.

Seems to be getting worse. My wife tells me I’m an angry old man driver. I tell her that’s because nobody pays attention to what’s going on and they all feel entitled.

I am a grumpy/angry old man driver also, because there are so many idiots on the road that do not pay attention.

Almost a good job from me. U could have gotten that if u said u flipped them off as u went by or went back and done so. Lol
I hate drivers today. If your not45 or 50 u should not be allowed to tow.. unless u take a class.

The only time I really cuss is when I'm driving. Since I retired in 2020 I've put 100,000 miles on three vehicles driving the state of Wisconsin with some longer trips thrown in. I've learned that no matter how fast I drive there is ALWAYS someone who Must Go Faster & who will eventually no matter the speed or highway type, rural road or interstate, drive on my bumper so closely I cannot see the headlights on the front of their vehicle. I. Hate. That.

Grumpy/angry old man here too! I feel like people have just forgot how to drive and be courteous. Wife is in the passenger seat same as me. I guess we are both grumpy/angry old people. LOL

40 years on motorcycles has taught me to always have an exit, and in the event of an emergency look at that exit...that's where you'll go.
As a rider since I was 16, my driving technique is more like I am still on a bike. Assume everyone is out to kill you, always have an escape route, and when it’s over just clear datum and move on.

No old men teaching drivers ed for a long time. No one has taught the last two generations the basics of attentive driving, highway etiquette, how to change a tire, how to backup without a camera, . . . The list goes on.
